I have tried quite a few of your recipes, that they have made it into my written recipe book too, for my tummy only and sometimes others, I just give them proactively, depending on their, reaction, by far replicating your dishes have, always been perfecto, in their tummy too. Thank you for your precise instructions. On a seperate note, could you correct this written recipe to mention, that the broth is sodium free. Your video mentions it though. A novice cook would not be aware of this detail and end up with a wasteful batch. No one would want that after a late and tired day at work, and also parents are failing to explain the importance of acquiring cooking skills at young age, which will benefit them as young adults in the long run, and that this cooking skill becomes, effortless as a daily necessity and brings, peace in relationships. Hence, better to learn while young, regulary. I see this happening over and over again, of lack of awareness of cooking skills, and it being a nerve racking experience for some people I know, having to dish out a wholesome meal or even a one pot meal everday, that takeout is their answer. Your doing an amazing job, with your videos and yours and your family's bubbly personality to charm us with your dishes and presentation. That's a 3 in one, hat trick. Merry Christmas, for next week!
