My mom knows a lot about stuff to protect against negative energy, so she always wears amber necklaces, earrings & bracelets, but they break when they absorb too much energy, she sometimes keeps some quartz on her left pocket. Having a pet cat apparently also works, not sure on that one.

Random Fact: People with light eyes such as blue, green, hazel, grey (mine, sometimes blue) should always wear sunglasses to protect the lightness of the eye! Love to know I have another blue-eyed girl out there lol
How do sunglasses "protect the lightness" of the eye? Doesn't the sun lighten the colour of things if they're left out in the sun long enough? So wouldn't that mean more sun would be beneficial to light coloured eyes? Like your hair lightning in the sun?

Many people hide behind sunglasses for various reasons. In my younger days, I did it to conceal my stoned eyes.
