    Poles are replaceable. At least the awning didn't rip

    Wonder why the camera did not pick that up. Can't wait to see the fishing video in New Brunswick next week

      It had been very sensitive all week so I turned it down. The awning would flap with the wind every few minutes… So on that Friday when I was on the road I got a few but it didn’t record. Probably happened too fast. Needless to say it’s not the best camera system I have seen lol Being totally honest.

    lol;;;;after seeing an awning go flying over the roof of a camper in state park here in Texas I decided that it was more important to keep awning no more than two feet out when not here to roll up if weather happens;;have seen several instances like yours and even wind changing directions and busting windows and doors with parts flying back and forth;;;;my problem was parked under large tree and a dead branch fell at just the right spot to rip a couple of feet of awning which was unrepairable so;;;some learning experiences are more costly than others but if we take them as an learning experience and use the knowledge hopefully we be safe and happy campers;;;;lol;;have a good one;;;

    I have never met an awning that wasn't a huge problem. Whatever you decide to correct it will be good... maybe a tent type temp and easy pop-up. ...that folds down easily and not attached. so it is always down when not there? I am sure you will come up with something that meets your needs.🙂❤

      Since you aren't driving, maybe a good tarp system that just gets down easily in a storm...? brain storming.
