      @@captainchaosxx3866 It was like that at Jackson State. But it was also like that at USC when Pete Carrol was there. I'm a diehard SC fan and had season tickets Pete's entire tenure there. There were celebrities everywhere on the sidelines just like you see with Prime and Colorado. Texas used to have Matthew McCaunohey and other UT celebrity alums at there games when they were on top of the CFB mountain, especially when they played against other high profile schools (Like USC).

    • @leesmith6866
      @leesmith6866 Год назад

      This is a recruiting war. That is threatening CFB because the people who run it are mostly from SEC/BIG 10/ACC states/schools and do NOT want to see CFB dominated by a Pac 12 school.
      CFB is still "The SEC"...That "OLD time religion,"...That "Rebel yell". And THOSE folks H8TE Coach Prime and definitely want him to lose. Why? Because CU is going to steal the best recruits out of those SEC states...ESPECIALLY FLORIDA! lol. They did this chit to USC.
      The Trojans got hit with all those sanctions and guess who the biggest most severe punishments were? LOSS OF SCHOLARSHIPS for FIVE YEARS (I forget the number of schollys but it was a lot). It hit SCs recruiting hard under those times. Why? Because Pete Carrol and his staff at USC were getting the biggest recruits from those SEC (and ACC) states for almost a decade after USC's program took off (when Carson Palmer won the Heisman and SC finished with a #3 ranking in 2002.
      That's why. And since they can't really hit CU with "recruiting violations" and "pay for play" accusations, right now, they have to find ways to derail this program and 1 of the ways is like you said, "help them" lose more games by targeting key players. When and if that doesn't work, watch SA accusations from vvomen come out against certain players.
      They won't get Prime because he's always with family including his wife. But they'll hit his sons or other players with SA "me too" BS. It's coming. (No pun intended). But you best believe that is going to happen. I have confidence Prime and his staff know this and are anticipating it, by having all his players and his family in absolute secure locations and under constant supervision/surveillance.
      They also document everything. His oldest son doesn't just do all that video for publicity/social media love. It's to protect them. Like when you pull out your phone and record your girl arguing with you out of nowhere because she thinks you're going to leave her.
      It's so she can't lie on you and tell folks you hit her or did whatever. Which she's SURE to do. Colorado doesn't just have a "respectable" target on their backs rooted in competition. (Nothing wrong with that) They "Old Guard" still run CFB and will target CU. And again, I believe Coach Prime and his staff are preparing for that.
