I've seen entire booster breakdowns not mentioning the QB reload weight like you did. That said, your total weight is 85450 and your QB reload weight is 76000. I think there's 2, maybe 3, boosters with reload weights between 85k and ~100k. Does the reload penalty scale with how far over ideal weight you are?
I havent done the written math on it but I have to assume yes because depending on parts, if the weight savings is over 1k, I think (I would have to go home and double check notes) it's about .15 It's why I ultimately swapped from the heavy legs to the lighter ones. Because it was .90 and went down to .65 I think.
