If you’re looking to support local for record stores Vertigo Records is amazing! There’s one in old ottawa east and one downtown in the market! I bought my evermore vinyl there :)
May I suggest getting a record player other than a Crosley? They damage your vinyls, basically chewing them up by the stylus going too deep into the grooves of the record. I recommend anything by Audio Technica. Pricier than a Crosley, but worth it if you want to save your vinyls
I just have to share a new engenius way to start a fire usually used for campfires but [insert shrug emoji]. I used to keep my lint(from dryer) in a glass jar with a little oil and use this for lighting fires but I've just found out another way (to reuse more items!). stuff lint in old toilet paper rolls (just the cardboard) and wrap wax/baking paper around it like candy. light both ends and watch the magic happen! :) I love little eko hacks to reuse more items! :)
