Its a really good opener for strategy games. Its not that complicated but there is a level of depth that people can lean into. Not to mention popular mods really overhaul the entire game's mechanics

Evan you HAVE to bring the boys to try Mental Omega, an expansion mod and an unofficial continuation of Yuri's Revenge. It has sooooo many new units and mechanics that doesn't really shy away from the original and also whole bunch of new factions. The amount of chaos you guys are gonna get through is gonna be amazing to witness.
