I’m travelling to the UK in (northern hemisphere) spring but it looks like my usual travel companions won’t accompany me. I dread travelling alone (never done it) but i will do so. There’s a first time for everything. BTW, I love your Australian birds mugs. You seem to like the penguins and Keegan the galahs.
Quality time, date night, etc. with the other half is very important. This year we'll be celebrating 25 years together and we've always made sure to have a night set aside just for us. Sometimes once a month, sometimes more if need be. You and Keegan deserve your date nights, so make sure you stick to that goal for this year.

When I see you posting about books I've read I get so excited. I am a huge reader and the majority of my time I am listening to audiobooks. It helps me a lot with my anxiety and depression. It seems that the book community has grown a lot over the last few years so if you love reading and are stuggling with content for social media that is something to lean into since you do enjoy reading already.

I try not to pressure myself on weight etc…for me I think on a weekly basis to live my life in the best way. I agree on the throw away, giveaway conflict. Over consumerism has many negatives on a personal, financial and environmental basis. I’ve stopped buying items to make me “feel” better. I have enough and buy only on a need basis. Enjoy the cruise. 🚢 Travel is a goal for 2025 for me as well.

Welcome back from your holiday break! I’m looking forward to another year of Joel content! 😊 I’m not much of a long term goal-setter. At the moment my main goal is to get back on my regular exercise routine, which has been completely thrown off by the holidays. And maybe add more walking into the mix. I’ve got a European trip coming up in the spring (including London, woo hoo!) and I want to be able to walk around and sight-see without getting too exhausted.

This year really hasn't gone that fast especially with our election here (well one campaign started even last year). A lot of anxiety & the payoff was awful
