I would use image guidance with the same image (your anime character) as content reference, and edge to image, then describe the character in the prompt, even some details if needed and use a photorealistic preset like cinematic kino or similar. It may take a few tries and adjustments to get what you want. You can also generate the initial image using an anime preset, then use that generation in the image guidance for your photo realistic image mentioned above. I just tried this and it seemed to work well!
I want to ask, i got a image of 3 people, when i generate the image i use char ref for 1 person , what can i do if i want to make the other 2 same characters, is it manual like crop the other 2, make it png and use char ref to it and combine it later in ps, or can i change it in canvas , like mask the other 2 and use char ref to it one by one?
Ive personally found that generating images it will add the character to everyone, but if you are using an existing image - im not sure if its possible, although you could use it as an image prompt to regenerate something similar with the same layout
They do roll over premium credits now. However I was recently added to the creators program which got me some additional credits for showcasing Leonardo AI

Ive made a tutorial for turning yourself into anime for Midjourney, not a bad idea to to do it for Leonardo aswell :) I think you could do a video like that in Leonardo, but you may need to create a few videos to get what your after - the link you sent looks more like a hand animated video with the mouth being changed manually for the frames they speak

When will Leonardo AI start generating realistic images that don't look like cartoonish clip art?
I think it's getting better pretty quickly. I get decent results with it
