I've been playing a ton of relic spell DH and that has to be the most absurd start I've ever seen for that deck. Holy moly
Half the time my relic rooms both manage to be in the bottom 4 cards of the deck lol.
Truly that’s the most insane start I think I’ve ever seen for that deck.

@@WhipLash42o Still an absurd deck. So many games where you're dead on turn 6, 7 or 8, or facing an unwinnable board state while they have a full hand. No chance to win the control game either.
Blizzard nerfed Shockspitter for doing the same thing, although more reliably.

Gotta love standard right now. If you aren't mana cheating a hundred cards out a turn or basically cheating or breaking the game, why bother playing cause the game will be over before turn 5/6. That dh turn was ridiculous....
I heard that DK isn't very good because it's fair, and fair in this meta doesn't work.
That DH shows what peak unfair feels like.
Need to have huge minions before turn 6 or generate multiple around those turns or you lose. Rogue, Priest, Druid, all end up doing the same thing.
It's just whoever rolls the highest.
That's the problem with DK. It doesn't have the crazy synergies other classes have since it's a fresh class. It can't cheat out massive stats before turn 6 so it loses to those who can.

I prefer normal Control Priest right now to have guaranteed access to Silence. All I'm facing these last days are Rogues, especially Deathrattle. Nothing more satisfying as silencing and clearing their Ghoul Boards. Priest seems like a tier 1 class right now
I been playing a similar deck after seeing you play it live with some minor adjustments including 2 of the shadow spirit that deal 3 dmg to them on deathrattle drown and astalor
I've had 3 different hunters conceed after grabbing all their spitters from their deck with wrangler - I think a lot of people think they are generating a copy.
I sighed with relief that it wasn't more snap content. Keep up the good work.

I find it funny how when Demon Hunter released, he was very broken over powered, but with Death Knight, somehow he is considered weak 😅. And still to this day demon hunter is annoying threat
Death knight literally isnt a viable class at d5 and above. You win like every fourth game with luck. They really fucked this class up. I highly regret buying the pre order package.
@Boss do you know why DK is bad above D5? I'm someone who typically doesn't play as much and only really hit diamond once before. I know the class is tricky to manage since other classes have a lot of cards that have been powered creepes, but I just can't explain why DK is bad or what about is.
@@androgynouslibra7607 Because every dk archetype gets 90% rekt by druid, rogue, priest and hunter. I never struggled so hard to hit legend. Its hard to play, and it gets hard countered by any top meta deck.
Thats why dk as a class has a below 40% winrate, which means you lose way too often.
i don't even blame other classes. Just buff dk. Maybr they should remove the rune system and open up the class.

On the Brann note, one of the most frustrating things in balance conversations is how players don't have the bird's eye view the devs have for things like that. They already have most if not all of the next year mapped out. They have already decided on the next core set and which cards won't be returning, and they feel like they don't want to touch stuff if they don't ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO because it will fix itself in a few months time. Players tend to have 0 patience and 0 ability to grasp the interconnectedness of the set releases. It's also why they seem to struggle to understand when a particular play style only sees a tiny amount of support, when it may very well be setting up future expansions.

@@basvanderwerff2725 Brann has been around for a long time, yes, and whether he is healthy in the current metagame or not changes over time. There is no such thing as a card that is objectively good, bad, or problematic, it's all in the context of the meta. Just because you dislike the interaction doesn't mean that it was a problem. Brann had far fewer degenerate interactions back when released. Whether he is a problem now is also not a question with a simple, easy answer. Balance is complex.
@@Tinil0 I think Shockspitter on release, and even Denathrius were pretty good examples of how the devs proooobably didn't expect certain decks to be formed entirely around the existence of Brann. I think Brann is a fun card in a vacuum, but that "meta context" you were talking about, which the devs did have some control over, did not form an environment where Brann could remain "just a fun, strong card".

This game is so broken. That DH game and the Priest game proves it. Sadly more game are like that than anything else. I just basically complete quests then play BG's. Hopefully Standard will get fixed some day.

I think Kibler has misread Mind Eater's deathrattle. It adds a card from the opponent's deck, but he keeps saying that he knows that they have that card in their hand
