    ingredients
    for chicken 1st marinade
    1) chicken legs - 6 - 7 nos
    2) lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
    3) salt - 1/2 tea spoon
    4) ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon
    for chicken 2nd marinade
    1) hung curd - 1/4 cup
    2) ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
    3) black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    4) cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon
    5) chaat masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    6) garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    7) coriander 2 tea spoon
    8) kashmiri red chili powder - 1 table spoon
    9) roasted kasuri powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    10) turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
    11) black salt - 1/2 tea spoon
    12) red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    13) red food color - pinch of color
    14) salt - as required
    15) oil - 1 tea spoon
    preparation
    -make small cuts on chicken legs and keep aside
    chicken marinade process
    - take chicken legs in a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, apply it well and keep aside for 20 minutes
    - in mixing bowl add hung curd, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder, coriander 2 tea spoon, kashmiri red chili powder, roasted kasuri powder, turmeric powder, black salt, red chili powder, red food color, salt, oil and mix all together and make a thick paste.
    - squeeze chicken pieces for extra water, add apply above marinade paste to chicken pieces well and keep in refrigerator for overnight or atlist for 5 - 6 hours
    chicken tikka cooking process.
    -add some oil in hot pan and put leg pieces in to the pan, now cook each side for 3 minutes on high heat.
    - now cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, remove cover and sprinkle some water and again cover and cook until chicken is well cooked.
    - now remove cover and apply some melted butter on both sides and cook for some time.
    - remove chicken piece in a bow, and keep a burning coal in a katori, and some oil on it. now cover the it for smoke for some time.
    - smoky charcoal flavored tandoori chicken tikka is ready to serve.
