I’m a 60 year old Brit who hadn’t heard of Andy until 6 months ago. I have been playing guitar for some forty years and I have not got one thousandth the talent of this guy! He somehow manages to encapsulate all my favourite guitarists in one 6 minute track. This is so awesome that awesome seems a very weak adjective to describe this track. My hat is certainly off to you sir. Much respect from UK.
I am your age and only found him during the pandemic.( Had I been living under a rock ?) I too can play all those same notes, but I can’t get it to sound like that!
I agree with you! Andy has a special talent and musicality! For those that don't know much of his Works, please listen "Cry for you" (Andy's masterpiece!)
I am 62, knew Andy from " Cry for you" at the Ibanez 90 annaversary concert 20 years ago( Official bootleg Vol.1) ! Then, Andy became my only school I go to.
Andy, man, everything I hear leaves me floored. I only discovered your work recently. Wish I had been listening for years. A huge inspiration, and your music is helping me through some serious ill health. I’ve rediscovered my own playing in large part due to being inspired by your music. I’m sharing with everyone who will listen. Keep rocking! You’re a treasure
@@andytimmonsguitar It's true man, I really like the way you corporate jazz theory into rock playing, with the right feel and self expression. The others maybe good players, but for some reason, I feel in your playing something that is more musical based than just technic, which is always was my passion in my own playing. Hope to hear more music from you 🙏😊
Kick ass! One of my faves from Theme from a perfect world! Although I would probably say that about all the tunes on that album or everything Andy has done.
@andytimmonsguitarx-perienc7391 always a great pleasure to listen to you, Andy. I wish you come back in Belgium 🇧🇪 to see you playing live and meeting again
I see and feel all my thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc in Andy's melodies and compositions... He expressed them perfectly via guitar! Your music helps me to understand myself better! Thanks!
There are not enough superlatives to use, simply has so much skill, touch, tone, taste and creativity that it’s hard to express how much I love AT’s playing.
I think it was about.... 30 years ago, I heard Steve Vai comment that when Andy starts thumping with his left leg, magic is about to happen. Still true to this day ;)
Nothing less than amazing! Your tone just keeps getting better and better. I never can imagine how you can get it any better but you find a way. Bravo friend!
There's more sparkle and chime in his sound now. I didn't listen to his music much before because the tone was not to my taste. I just couldn't get into it but my God, his tone is perfection now!
Discovered you in a Tim Pierce video, simply amazing. Subscribed! I don't even know what genre to fit you into... brilliant 👏 👏 👏 You've gained a very humble fan
Andy, I'm a big fan of you, your guitar playing AND YOUR GUITAR. Haven't seen much information about it on the internet (enough for myself anyways. I'm really curious about what happened to the pickguard especially) so I thought I'll ask you, will there be any videos dedicated spesifically to this guitar and its stories, wounds etc? Would be really fun and interesting in my opinion.

There's no such thing as the perfect guitar tone, but Andy Timmons has it - Jesus... probably
This is the greatest guitar instrumental ever made. That transition to the minor feel and buildup to the chaotic ending is just absolutely brilliant!
This song is particulary meaningful these days.
Thank you Andy for saying without saying.
❤

I absolutely love Andy's music .. always incredibly melodic, sublime tone, and riffs that always resolve to satisfying notes.

Andy's tone is simply amazing. How he gets such bite and sparkle without it sounding harsh or brittle is incredible.
The other side of "Cry for You" Andy, you took us on a ride and I didn't want to let go.
One of the good guys in the industry! I really would like an Ibanez like his. Thanks for helping start the morning Andy!! Nothing but love brother!

Amazing) Thanks from Ukraine)
Glad to see you are rocking that Suhr Plexi. Would be cool to hear you do a demo of it, just to hear the guitar and amp alone. Love that

Great Andy. We will be waiting for you if you come to Chile.

Could you please, please make a mistake once in a while to make me feel a tiny bit less embarassed? 😂
Ha!! Plenty of those 😂
with Andy it's poetry first, technique second - and the technique is superlative
Best
I love your playing and songs and I also think it is awesome how you drop a reply back to some of the comments🙂

Good afternoon. May I know what is the diameter of the strings on your guitar? This is magical music!

4:53 this part reminds me the melody of the song Ghosts by Michael Jackson

A Suhr amp ? Hint ?
