Not being rude and sceptical, but the claims in the video seems to be false.... How come he retired from iaf just after 16 years of service if the iaf is strictly following 20 years bond policy for its soldiers. It's definitely through clearing some class a exam that he retired... 2ndly how he claim himself to be unaware of hpas exam during service and with just a preparation of 2 years he cleared the exam that too with 1 St rank that too after retirement being totally out of touch with civil services exam during service. .. it's unbelievable....it may be true but seems totally unrealistic...
