40 degrees and sun... LOL... You guys were one week early... Your crew puts in work, for the quality fish you catch!!! well deserved!!! Thanks for all the info. Keep up the great videos...
Another great show!! Nice sized walleye and great information as usual!!
I look forward to these every Sunday night, haha! I've learned a lot from watching you guys this season, especially about setting up tip-ups for walleyes. I've been going about it all wrong for a lot of years and missed a lot of fish on tip ups. I use regular treble hooks, but this weekend I am trying the sure set hooks on my tip ups as well as my dead stick rod, hopefully my hook ups improve:-)!
Joel and James are awesome
I love how current you guys are great show Thanks!
My son was wondering who the other Hard Cores were out that day.Thats him with the loud, one arm Jiffy,at the 8:57 mark. The slot is 10 yrs old & starting to pay dividens.Caught several Northerns also this year on walleye set ups.Fun challange with mono leaders. We found that jigging the line after a drop, produced several fish.Great video..
Awesome show! I would love to fish out there!
Thanks Joel
Looks like some quality fishing. You should do a lake superior or green bay, trout walleye and pike show.
love this channel you should try coming to utah some time no walleye really but perch and trout are what i like to fish for
Man, I didn't know Joel could move that fast! :)
We're pretty sure the video was sped up to make him look quicker. HA!
Ok, that explains it. Either that or he was going downhill. :)
could you do a video from Lake Winnebago, its a large body of water that holds lots of big walleyes and perch. also a very hard lake to fish. thanks
wow didn't even know that there were that quality of walleys an hour from my house
Joel has a coat on!!! First video I've seen this.
You should try Lake Delton in in Wisconsin.
Great video James as always.
Quick question..... Me and a few friends are heading up to lake of the woods this weekend on the 17th out of izzys resort in warroad mn. Was wondering if you have been up in that general area if you had any tips on what to use. I heard the bite has been a little slow, but I'm hoping that changes quick. I'll be using a tip up and rod. Any advice for both uses for lure wise? Thanks in advance.
One more question, what pound test and line should I be having on the tip-up? I see a lot of people with what looks like heavy heavy line on, almost looks like rope. Thanks again.
You should try fishing in iowa sometime
Do you guys ever come up to Canada to fish for big walleyes?
I know you guys are the experts but it drives me crazy that you don't pack snow around your frabill pro thermals. that what keeps the hole from freezing. tight lines from wi
Get back in the Otter! It's too cold to be out there.
How far off the bottom were you guys setting the tip ups? Thanks!
We were a foot off the bottom, in 30 ftw.
@8:25 "he does't look afraid"? He's got a gaddamn hook through his back! Damn right I'd be afraid if I had a huge hook going through my back.
Cool
Joel, you gotta push James outta the way some times :P
why does James get to steal all the tip ups, got a selfish bite going...
Fish in mb pelican lake
My brother thinks icefishing sucks. :(
