That is the sign I would use to pack my bags and leave in silence without another word. If you said at some point "I do not tolerate_____" and then he broke that boundary... then leaving is the only way to prove that you do NOT actually tolerate that thing. Men act to demonstrate what they actually believe and they watch your actions. Words have little meaning. If behavior was a language...what is he telling you by ignoring everything you say or need?

Don't overexplain and communicate. If someone wants to get you, they will get you. Protect yourself by being silent and taking distance. If he cares about you, he would notice that something is off. If he doesn't do anything different and ask what happens, then you know what you need to do.

    • @elisabeth9934
      @elisabeth9934 3 месяца назад +13

You need to distance yourself everytime he breaks a boundary. Also don't forget that you can't change people that much. I try to say something once or twice and when it happens again I distance myself and I'm not available. You need to also realise that people are not stupid and they know exactly what they are doing so if he disrespects you or continues with behavior that bothers you he does it on purpose. The best way to react is to make some space, even in your own apartment. Go into a different room and ask to not be bothered because you're working on things. Go to the gym. Work on art projects. Do online courses. Go to networking events alone. Go have coffee on your own or go for a walk. Show him that you are happy doing things without him.
There's a chance that he's too confortable with you so he thinks you'll stay anyways or you are too available for him.
Watch how his dad treats his mom. He might recreates patterns from his childhood. Maybe his mom normalized that behavior.
Also at one point accept him how he is and focus on yourself. The more you work on yourself the more they usually step up. If not then good bye.
Also realise that there are men out there who can't take women seriously. It usually comes from their dad or dad figure in his life. Some men also use it as a form to gain the upper hand in the relationship. Not doing what you want gives them some form of control and authority.
Sadly some men only take other men seriously. So if you have to you can talk about other men's qualities in a favorable way. When he f.e. never puts his shoes away, you can start bringing up your male coworker and how you admire how clean and organised his desk is. Or you walk by a nice car and see the male driver and you say you admire when a man can keep his car so clean, even on the inside. Stuff like that.
If all these things don't work then consider your future and other options.

I think it's always a good thing for a person not to yell at others and have self control....just makes sure he treats you with the same measure of self control and kindness. Women shouldn't have to walk on eggshells and sugarcoat everything if their men don't make the same effort.

Every human being has the ability to feel ALL emotions-- it's what we do with them that creates our lives.
If I am mad at someone, man or woman, I can say how I feel and what I'm needing, eg, "I am frustrated and could really use some help with this."
How that person responds tells a lot about them and how they consider you, whether they help you or not and why.
Don't listen to their words much, watch their actions a lot.
The foundation: What motivates them the most? Sex? Money? Doing for others? Accomplishing their work? Receiving from others? Being with people? I know various people who fit one of these. Figure out their greatest motivation and decide if that's the kind of person you want to spend time with because they're very unlikely to change it over their lifetime. Do you want to live with that forever?

This video is relationship GOLD! The women around me growing up had a lot of masculine energy, especially my mother. Now that I have found an amazing love with my boyfriend, I am working on balancing my feminine energy so that I can be the best partner for my masculine man. It’s a give and take. It’s about being strategic. Being the best version of yourself. As women, we should embrace our femininity ❤

I hope you don’t resent your mother. Do understand that she made her personality more masculine because the world was harsh on her and that was her way of protecting herself. Maybe her husband or her father were strong personalities.

In the midst of a misunderstanding I looked at his hands and said how I love them. Naturally I was diffusing the tension but he didn’t take the opportunity to turn the conversation around. I was very much in control in my feminine and still had to remove myself it was so heartbreaking.

I’ve tried watching many creators videos on this topic, however, since my soul naturally has an abundance of wisdom and through experiences I’ve attained it I don’t align with their content bcus so much is based on manipulation or being delusional . So I value your channel so much bcus, I’m surrounded by a lot of masculine energy and I’ve always been attacked for dwelling in my feminine so at times I just need a reminder that I’m on the correct path & not to alter my energy for anyone. Most confident women don’t do conflict but I’m not judging my sistas that have the urge to speak up for themselves in a society that tries to humble women vs. respect and protect them. This is a cute video though. I have definitely learned the art of not giving conflict my energy. It’s calmed my anxiety a lot and honestly I’m a lot happier so there’s truth to adapting what she is saying in this video for your personal mental health and not for a man alone.

I think this type of video is very important and should definitely been taught more, once when i was younger it was easy for me to sort of not respond to men and keep my anger inside when a man would do something terrible, i would just keep quiet, feel angry and focus on my life with friends and activities. Then usually the apology would come from the man himself without doing anything. Then after a couple of times men doing the same things, something snapped and i was like, i am not going to let this stuff go unpunished anymore. And then i started to blow up when something bad would occur. However i guess it became too much of a defense mechanism/habit. I always wondered how to get back to my unbothered self, so this video has really helped to get some tips on how to do better in the future.

Sometimes I feel weird that we never fight (because in my prior relationships I used to fight all the time). Most issues can be resolved remaining calm on both sides. If we need to raise the voice, it is already a red flag. In that case, there is no need to reflect on strategies and on how talking to him next time. If you can’t express yourself without him getting angry or not listening or not giving any care to what you complain and if you have to walk on eggs, why would you want to stay and build a future with that person.

Men who care for their women will not disrespect them, however there are times where they will withdraw in order to process situations. I think we take it to heart and understandably so! I find that it’s better to be sweeter and ask politely for what I need instead of get too upset, even if I am. I make it a challenge for me to get what I want and therefore letting my feminine energy guide me. It’s really hard especially with a shy man. Just stay balanced and keep being who you are. Either way, it sets you apart. ❤

Yesterday saw an older couple holding hands after going out to dinner, the woman carrying leftovers in a Togo box. They seemed like it was a rare date night, like they had not done so in a while. The guy seemed especially happy. She then asked him a question about did he do an errand and he said No. she suddenly went from warm to frigid she got so angry, dropped his hand and started berating him and he dropped back.
It may have been important but it was just an errand. They were healthy happy just had a nice dinner. It seemed like she wasn’t in control of her emotions. And damaged her relationship.

there is always a way to restore a relationship, but it takes vulnerability, willingness from both parties, trust, and actual change. first, start working on yourself for yourself, but not for the repair of the relationship. your relationship will benefit if you take care of yourself and this will show your partner that you are changing, thus increasing trust and maybe a willingness to try to repair the relationship. setting boundaries is important as well from both parties. change is slow and we sometimes will revert back to our old habits. in times like that, swallow your ego, work on apologizing, and showing your partner how you want to move forward.

i am in a situation where i feel that my emotions are chronically dismissed and that actions are taken to deliberately undermine my wellbeing. The actions of the masculine I am referring to is damaging my reputation and toxic to my wellbeing. My question is: what is the feminine approach to this, and when is the feminine approach appropriate? I do believe right now I desire distance and separation. I truly feel that it is incumbent on them to step up and make amends and follow through on their promises to improve. I don't feel that just simply making less time for them and saying I am spending time with other friends when I am asked to do hang out communicates my desire to not interact at this point in time. That seems like I am just beating around the bush and avoiding expression of my decision (which was made after I had communicated my boundaries and had them repeatedly violated).
