A tip for when it comes to painting the tavern front...before gluing and assembling your pieces, paint them up individually. This is great work and clearly you get into a zen thing when you are painting and building your models. I was curious if, during the current COVID lockdown, you have considered looking into some of the virtual D&D modelling being done on Tabletop Simulator, which allows players to join your table virtually and manipulate the pieces? I discovered it recently and after about 2 weeks of awkwardness, it's been really useful for my games and greatly appreciated by the players.
