Congratulations Lauren! 🎉 Watching your journey has been so inspiring, and seeing you get into MIT is beyond amazing! You totally deserve it.Can’t wait to see all the incredible things you'll achieve!❤
Omg! Congratulation! I just recently followed and I just saw this amazing video which talks about you as a woman in STEM got into MIT ( This is freaking MIT bro❤). I will be an upcoming chemical engineering freshman for UT Austin. Hopefully 4 years later, I can meet you up there! The most important thing: Stay Happy! Stay Healthy!
Congratulations Lauren! You have worked so hard, you really deserve this. You are going to shine in Cambridge - maybe the Boston Marathon? :) MIT is lucky to have you! It is also inspiring to see a fellow Ram go on to such a prestigious program from URI. I am a biotech major but taking some ChemE electives during this final year, and just joined the Nanobio lab! Last year I worked with SWCNTs in plant cells for bioengineering applications, and I'm excited to work from the other side of it now from a ChemE perspective. Best of luck to you, looking forward to see how you grow! (:
Finally, we get a video after 2 whole months! I am a chemical engineering student and have been watching your vlogs since the start of my degree. You really are an inspiration for me to continue and move forward in my studies. I plan on pursuing a PhD from MIT as well. Hope some day I am able to do it. Congratulations!
Congrats on your undergrad and your next journey with MIT. I too finished my B.S. in ChemE this May. I am Nnt doing grads school but I'll be looking forward to your Phd vlogs!! Best of luck to your next journey!!
Congrats Lauren!! Good luck on your new chapter at MIT!! 💙 Looking forward to your vlogs and your tips for applying to grad school (fellow aspiring researcher in undergrad here!)
Truly heartwarming to see your successes Lauren! It’s been a pleasure to follow your journey for the past couple of years, wishing you the very best for your next chapter at MIT- my contacts in MIT ChemEng tell me great things, and I’m sure you’ll have a great, growth filled time there 🙌 looking forward to seeing what you put out next!🥳
I've been following your journey for 3 years now, Im an electrical engineering student in my senior year and i plan on applying to MIT for my masters! congrats this is amazing, hoping i get to join you next year!
Congratulations Lauren. I am Yohnjie a Cameroonian reading chemical engineering in KNUST Ghana and I've been following you through out. Please can you make a video about chemE funding opportunities and the application process at MIT chemE please.
Do you know one thing I have so far loved from you guys.... You study at young age.. Now see you. PhD in Chemical engineering, very young lady... I wish this was also the same with us too.... Me too I have applied for my PhD chemical engineering for 2025 fall. Am waiting for the decision. Congratulations Thanks, good example
Course 10 is awesome, although if you are definitely interested in pharma, Course 20 might be the better department. Of course, Building 66 is ugly (why would you ever design a triangular building), but at least you are close to the T (Kendall station). Good luck in Cambridge!

I could also apply to MIT for my PhD in Chemical engineering , if it has funding support for international students.
