Thank you for showing that you’re not limited even if you have a single needle. With single needle you have to be creative to come with ways to hoop and embroider certain items. This video will definitely help those that just have a smaller unit.
Did you have to use editing software to make the name larger in order to use the larger hoop. I'm just learning and just bought the se 625 and the larger hoops but the software is hard to catch on to. I'm 74 years old and don't think as well as I use to. It would be nice if I didn't have to use the software for everything. Anyway thanks so much and I would appreciate any info you could share on this subject.
No. I created the letters that could fit in a 4X4 space as a group. Then after one file stopped I would put the next one in and move the letters as close to each other as I could. It ends up looking like one file.
The hoop itself has three positions so you can lift it and reposition it. This helps with bigger designs. I use my position arrows on board the brother to position it to the next part. Also I make the names so they are in sections.
I think I used the largest font setting on the machine. Sometimes you just write a few letters at a time and then position the needle to restart at the point where you left off.

Thank you, Zoua. That means a lot.
Thanks for sharing, Sandi. I love seeing what can be done in the smaller hoops. :)
I'm glad you liked it. I even did large bags and beach towels on my 4x4.
thank you, this is going to be a lifesaver for me.
Thank you thank you! Starting small - with this hand me down machine from my Mom. This will help sooo much to make large dog collars!!
Glad it helped.
Thank you for sharing - GREAT Video!

@@sandidianna4303 Thank you
How do you get the machine to go from bottom of hoop to top instead of left to right?

I have added to the link in the description are for the after market hoops.
