    Hi Pyram. This is a fantastic video. I like how you add many alternatives to run this scene. The encounter is more complex and it's adds a lot of fun. I'll make sure to use the hag vails. Also I changed how the hags will look like at first. Even though the players already know this is a hag lair they will try tu lure them to believe they're wrong. I made a big change in the history of my campaign that I want to share. Do you mind if send it here?

    Knowing my players they'll try to build a construct and bind the monk's soul to the construct so he can help them defeat Strahd.

      i was thinking of letting the players be informed by the wereraven that the three ladies are hags and if they decide to avoid the windmill, have morgantha return at that moment with the captured children.
