For riders being on walk ways and riding up and down stairs and get confronted by people and yelled at I don’t feel sympathy for them. They know they shouldn’t be there.
Especially if you live in a stand your ground state in the US... who knows the person could just live a block away from the incident and an angry biker could follow them home unknowingly, which puts them in a situation to be shot under castle doctrine laws. Just ride like you're invisible, be glad you're still alive, and carry on with your life.

Castle doctrine is different than stand your ground laws. Every state is a little (or a lot) different. In New York, I believe you have a duty to retreat as much as possible before you use deadly force, even in your home. So you can't shoot someone coming in your front door, unless they are shooting at you. You have to retreat further inside the home. My understanding is that in Texas, if someone comes onto your property (not even into the house), you can claim you felt in fear for your life and use deadly force. In Florida, the stand your ground laws mean you have no duty to retreat when threatened and you can use deadly force if threatened with deadly force (or even if you thought you were being threatened with deadly force), whether or not you are on your own property. In Colorado, your vehicle is an extension of your home, so you can defend it like your home. There is probably a wikipedia page that gives a short synopsis of the laws in each state, if you are really interested. 50 states, 50 different laws about this. In Colorado it is illegal for the government to have a gun registry. So anyone there could have a gun in their car, just like their home. Get caught with an unlicensed firearm in your vehicle in New York and you are probably going to prison for 5 years. Others may correct me on some details. This is very complex for one country to have so many different laws on self-defense. There is one state, Wisconsin, where pepper spray is illegal to carry or use. I find that very odd, given that state is a big hunting state and everyone there (ok, lots of people) own firearms. We started to learn to shoot at age six or seven there. I could go on...

At 9:29 you can see that this way is blocked by a read-white metal post ( which looks like a non-removable one ) which is basically there to prevent motorized vehicles from taking that way. I've watched tons of these biker's and yes I've ridden bikes all my life and yes I've broken the law the only difference is I've never cried like a baby when confronted by a situation I've caused by breaking the rules. Lane splitting is legal in Australia but only in traffic that's stopped or going less then 30 klms a hour and only in California under same conditions, so if you are lane splitting at 80 mph then sucki it up princesses if a car cut's you off and also check the rules on double lines and dotted and solid lines. By the way if you dipshits broke my mirror I would chase you down at very least take your number plate and if I see your bike I would put a chain around it and drag it several miles behind my car.

In many of the clips of bikers on the highway they are driving too fast for traffic conditions and they not only change speed too erratically, but they frequently think that other drivers should make accommodations on the road for them. There is a difference between expecting someone to drive normally, and believing that you are always in the right. Some clips where the people are driving through traffic a person legally and safely changes lanes, but since the biker is going 40+ over the limit they get “cut off”. Some of these guys are just man children who want to have full control of everyone on the road, so they throw tantrums when someone falls out of the box of what they want in other drivers.
Half of these people see someone entering their lane a good distance in front of them, then proceed to blast up into their rear and dump their throttle.
These videos just make it abundantly clear that motorcyclists think they’re entitled to one set of rules whilst the rest of us are entitled to another. Perfectly safe and legal overtake, 8-bit motovlogs takes offence. Motorcyclists do it all the time and it’s ok, but when a driver does it it’s some issue?
