Frederic Malle is a true perfume connoisseur and creator of the Editions de Parfums niche” fragrances without compromise" collection. His line consists of 19 amazing perfumes so far, all developed by, according to the Malle, the top ten noses of the world.
The collection expands in November with a new edition named Portrait of a Lady, signed by the famous perfumer Dominique Ropion. Dominique Ropion created the following collection of fragrances: Vetiver Extraordinaire, Carnal Flower, Geranium Pour Monsieur and Une Fleur de Cassie.
Portrait of a Lady is named after the novel by Henry James from the 1881. The perfume deals with rose note and spices in a new, modern way that varies between the oriental and chypre theme with patchouli, natural and intense, dominating the heart of the composition.
Portrait of a Lady is a modern, elegant and unusual expression of the Victorian novel, its heroine, Isabel Archer, her fate and the quest for freedom. She smells of dark roses, mystical and intense.
The notes of this sensual modern classic include Turkish rose, raspberry, black currant, cinnamon, clove, patchouli, sandalwood, incense, ambroxan, benzoin and white musk.
Frederic Malle Portrait of a Lady is available in high concentration of perfume from over 50% in bottles of 50 and 100 ml. Portrait of a Lady was launched in 2010.

King Rolle No. I don’t think Nick Saban is into fragrances like that. But I got that comment from an postgame interview he did with a female reporter and Nick Saban got ticked at her about Tua. Everyone kept asking about Tua and his injury at the time and he told to quit asking in a very irate way.
Number one in my collection, and has been for 4 years now (long before Estee Lauder bought over Frederic Malle), is POAL (Portrait of a Lady). There is just no beating it, on my skin at least.

I've worn Portrait of a Lady a few times since I purchased a small sample, a few weeks ago. It is a nice scent. The first time I tried it, I was put off by how strong the rose comes off. After a few wearings, I found that despite the strong opening it doesn't take long to dry down into something very nice.
My favorite rose scent, of those I've tried, is Harem Rose by Fort & Manle. I would rate Portrait of a Lady just under it, on par with Tom Ford Noir de Noir.
My number one would probably still be Creed Silver Mountain Water.

Great video KS. Just keep it rolling. You’re beast mode at this. Keep your head up bro. My number one is Ralph Lauren Polo Sport (blue bottle). Of all fragrances, this one makes me walk like a champ. Like there’s no mountain I cannot overcome. An amaaaaaaazing fragrance that leaves such a trail. I’ve not met anyone who doesn’t like it. In those days I feel it was a lot stronger and it’s probably discontinued now. I have a 125ml bottle that I really treasure. I fear it may be the last ever bottle I can get my hands on.
Tom Ford Oud Wood. This fragrance, on me, is incredible and i feel great wearing it

xerjoff naxos, running on empty on my current bottle but saving up for another bottle.a little expensive yeah but don't need but 2 sprays and well worth the addicting smell coming off my skin.

The one I reach for the most is Azzaro Wanted. I’m not sure why but I really really love it. Not for compliments, or any other reasons other than I like it and I’ll probably get another bottle when it’s done.
Acqua di Gio because of the memories of my mom taking me to buy my first cologne in 7th grade. Over saturated in the frag world? Absolutely. But I still keep a bottle around over a decade later because of how much just that moment meant to me.

Sartorial by Penhaligons. I am not sure why but I feel the best when I wear it. It's not my most complimented, it's not my most expensive but it just makes me feel good. It expressed my personality without me having to say anything.

Hey Sam, have you smelled Porpora by Tiziana Terenzi? Supposed to be similar to POAL but slightly sweeter with less incense.
Also my favourite all time is Russian Musk by Areej Le Dore (POAL is third all time, right after MDCI's Chypre Palatin).
If I had to have one fragrance to wear for life it would be Allure Sport Eau Extreme, without a doubt
For now my go to/favorite fragrance is Tom Ford Ombre Leather.

Before I knew Portrait of a Lady I would'nt be able to select just one fragrance that would've been my number one as if I was always in search for the holy grail and when I smelt POAL my first thought is "This is it, I don't need anything else" it is exactly what I wanted and more, it also makes me feel sexy and elegant at the same time regardless of what I'm wearing. And the only fragrance I'm cautious not to overspray because I know a little bit will linger all day and I'm always able to smell myself, I'm just in love with this scent and curious how it'll be like to smell it in a man.
For me it 3 pretty much almost in a tie. It's YSL Homme Libre, A&F Fierce and A&F Proof. In that order, if I had to rate them.

I have like 60 fragrances in my collection right, everything from Dior, to Creed to Hermes, to Angel, to JPG, Giorgio Armani, Tom Ford and most everything between...But for some reason, I absolutely LOVE Bvlgari Man in Black Orient with a passion.
Jubilation XXV by Amouage, Of course this fragrance is so unique and not everyone will appreciate it, But I just so love to smell it and feel the juicy and thick note.

I haven’t actually smelt this one and it’s on my list to buy. I will say Jo Malone velvet Rose Oud is a phenomenal fragrance aswell as Akaster by Parfume de Marley. Creed I’d go with Silver mountain water or imperial. NO 02 L'AIR DU DÉSERT MAROCAIN is an absolute master piece it’s unlike anything you are ever likely to smell Clive Christian rock rose and Killian vodka on the rocks or dark rider as well as Grand sior by Maison Francis Kurkdjian

I love boozy, tobacco, and leather fragrances and Dior Fahrenheit Le Parfum fits this category perfectly so that is my #1. Will definitely have to put my nose to POAL

Acqua di Gio Profumo. It's sexy, has a great projection, but also oozes strength and confidence. Therefore it fits every purpose. It also happens to project on my skin in every weather circumstance. Whether it's snowing outside or hot as hell: Acqua di Gio Profumo takes the cake. I'm going to check out Portrait of a Lady.
This is my holy grail but I don't have it. My favorite fragrance that I own is Oud Ispahan. I love what you love my favorite notes are oud, rose, amber and patchouli. Deep sensual fragrances that have a warmth to them they just make you happy.
