    I made one for my 4 year old grandson last year.He's 5 now.Still loves his snake.His mom just sent me another picture of him with it. I have to go up and watch your video because the pattern or tutorial I followed was hard to follow and I improvised a lot esp for the tongue . Thankyou for the video.I just found your channel and if you have more tutorials like this one I'll be making them all...eventually :)

    Im not a beginner and i think i got everything but row 7 and 8. I listened again. I think ive got it. To make sure i have it:
    Row 7- inc 3x, 7sc, 3inc, 8sc for 27 total
    Row 8- (unsure) sc, inc 3x, 7 sc, sc, inc, rep. 8 sc at end. 33 st total. Look okay?
    Very cute snake! I was looking for a "book reading" snake and yours looked the cutest. ❤

    making a big white snake using thicker chenille yarn rn. i only have a head so far and maybe 4 inches of a body but omg hes adorable. ty for the pattern, im making one for my friend too after this

      @karlabc9251 yes, you stuff as you go or you can do it at the end but you have to make small balls of stuffing and use a long stick or the end of thick long knitting needle to push back the stuffing.

      @@Navaz1172 Hi! Any yarn would work. If the yarn is thin you will have a smaller snake. If the yarn is thick you will have a bigger snake. Probably mire than 100 gr would be needed for a longer snake. In the description of the video there’s yarn recommendations. You can make it also any color.

    What if I stuff a little in the snake's body ? Can it wrap around flexibly ?

      Yes, it will make it more flexible probably, but you have to stuff the head so it stays in shape.

      Not much at all, and you can do it as long or as short as you want or even make it with stripes of different colors 😊

      @@XoxoAri1 it could be, because I was recording the video at the same time. It also depends how long you make the whole body/tail. Longer tail more time, shorter tail less time.

      I used 12mm color eyes and they look great with the multicolored strip yarn “Favorite Stripe” by Red Heart. My Granddaughter just loves her snake keeps saying how beautiful her snake is. Makes me want to make more! 😊❤
