I made one for my 4 year old grandson last year.He's 5 now.Still loves his snake.His mom just sent me another picture of him with it. I have to go up and watch your video because the pattern or tutorial I followed was hard to follow and I improvised a lot esp for the tongue . Thankyou for the video.I just found your channel and if you have more tutorials like this one I'll be making them all...eventually :)

To make sure i have it: Row 7- inc 3x, 7sc, 3inc, 8sc for 27 total Row 8- (unsure) sc, inc 3x, 7 sc, sc, inc, rep. 8 sc at end. 33 st total. Look okay? Very cute snake! @karlabc9251 yes, you stuff as you go or you can do it at the end but you have to make small balls of stuffing and use a long stick or the end of thick long knitting needle to push back the stuffing.

@@Navaz1172 Hi! Any yarn would work. If the yarn is thin you will have a smaller snake. If the yarn is thick you will have a bigger snake. Probably mire than 100 gr would be needed for a longer snake. In the description of the video there’s yarn recommendations. You can make it also any color.

Yes, it will make it more flexible probably, but you have to stuff the head so it stays in shape.
