It's not as effective as ADHD prescription medication but a while ago my doc recommended citicoline (which is over the counter) and it's helped me feel more clearheaded and focused. You can order it (brand name cognizin) or get it from your local pharmacy. Obviously ask your doctor about it first though. Anyway, great episode and good luck!
