Do you use anything to plug up the holes in the limbs? I’d be worried about the beads coming out the limbs

No I don't, the fibre filling is compact enough to stop them coming out

Why not leave some of the tail of the zip tie and tuck that in? The it bee smoth.

I have tried this method, it bulges out a little, doesn't lie flush so it bothered me 😅

Do you not seal the limbs incase the weighting comes out?

Hi, no there's no need as the fibre filling is compacted enough so it won't spill through
