- This a video on how to change out the headlight and turn signal lenses on a pretty popular ford truck. The first one took about 45 minutes. The second one took about 30 minutes.
Just a tip, at 2:38 you don’t need to screw out that adjuster. Take a 14mm 12 point socket on a swivel with a 12” extension and push it over the tabs from the back side, headlight pops right out.
Good to know. Great tip. Thanks
This is something I may be doing this year or wait one more year. I don't like foggy looking headlights. Thanks for showing this, I needed to see this 😊👍
It was pretty easy.
Good DIY and info Brother, nice job, well done.
I do what I can all the while being a simple, self deprecating and humble champion of the people.🤔
Awesome stuff Martin. 2004 ford up here in Nova Scotia would be a rust bucket. 15 years for a car here is its life unless you put it in storage for the Winters.
It only goes 2 miles a day most of the time. I bought it to tow my big boat back in the day. I thought about getting a new one but to replace what I paid $27K for new in 2004 would cost $60-70 K today. Nope, not me. It has 150,000 miles on it. I'm probably going to keep it and buy one of the new Ford Maverick hybrids after I can look and drive one.
@@RandolphRelicRecoverydrivd her into the ground. Vehicles are to dam pricey now a days. Maverick???? No they are not coming out with that model again 😒.
Thanks for sharing brother. Good luck and happy hunting.
Thanks brother 👍
Very interesting, Martin, seems simple enough!💖
Hi Cynthia 😍🥰. It was pretty easy. And saved me a ton of 💸over having it done.
looks simple enough Martin, I gotta do the same to my Mazda,
it's a 2011 model and the lights are foggy.
Good morning brother Jim🌄. It made a world of difference.
Now tell ya what every time I tack something apart let's say things are all was left over top job legend
Very cool... I need brighter lights in my car as when I drive at night other headlights blind me..
They are way better now. You don't realize how dim they are until you get the clear ones again.
Didn’t really show us how you got it out.
It's easier than I thought it would be. I lost at least one clip when I was making the vid. Sorry.
Like 11 amazing my friends👍👍🙏
Thank you 👍😎
All in a days work! It's surprising how this young generation have no idea how to do the simplest tasks on a vehicle!!!
Saved about $300 doing it myself. My niece doesn't cook. It either goes in the microwave or somebody in a funny hat shows up at the door with a bag. Our electric grid ever goes down people will be fighting over a green whopper in the gutter after a week without electricity.
@@RandolphRelicRecovery you got that right!!!
