Nice house, but who buys a multi million Dollar Las Vegas mansion without strip view?
@Anthony Similton Some tiny, token 3 hole "golf course" they obviously dropped into the middle of the desert just so they have a gimmick for their otherwise totally undesirable development, would not be anywhere near a compensation for a lack of strip views.
There is no getting around that Las Vegas luxury real estate is all about the strip views. The town has nothing else to offer.
And if the strip is so dangerous or disgusting or both now that you want to stay away from it, then why the hell would you move to Las Vegas in the first place?
Besides, even if it is that bad now, it still looks good from afar.
If I had that kind of money and wanted to look at a golf course, I would have better options in other cities.
You could the same type of views looking over Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale or Phoenix
