      Haha, thanks! If you check my Brewing playlist, I have some recipes that are easier to pull off, such as the Hoppy Wheat Ale and American Pale Ale. Since they aren't lagers, the yeast pitch is smaller and the fermentation is less finicky. All my brews are all-grain, so you'll need the setup for that. They can work really well with a simple cooler mash tun and turkey fryer boil kettle operation, of course. I brewed my all-grain recipes that way for years, with great success. The fancy brew stand just made it easier to brew, particularly with hitting the desired temperatures. It also looks pretty cool, too. ;)
