i have this bag for a long time. its really reliable and very durable. I used it as a crossbody too.
Incomplete video. I wish they had the her model the bag so we can see how it looks on a person as a backpack and as a crossbody. And she never completely explained how it looks like as a crossbody; had to look at different video to find out that the top folds down in that configuration.

So what makes this bag “convertible”?
The top half folds down and the backpack strap can reattach to convert it into a crossbody bag. It's actually pretty cool.
What puts me off is a concern about the accessories - I've read reviews about them being plasticky and perhaps poor quality AND I don't like gold accessories.
(Am also not a fan of that pink interior 😖)
Is there any chance this would fit a 13 inch MacBook pro?
Sadly, I am only seeing the height of this bag is 12.5 inches so It doesn't appear large enough to fit a 13 inch MacBook Pro. I apologize about this. *MC

It does. Have a look at other reviews out there. A lot I've read actually prefer it as a crossbody bag rather than the backpack.
I'm think carry-on personal item bag then use as crossbody for most of the rest of the trip
