Thanks for the answer, but it still doesn't work.. there is current all over the engine.. there is a voltage of 12.70 v in the trim switch... but something is not allowing it to pass current.. the voltage regulator is new,,, the trim relay is new ..relays those little white cube ones are new...only I suspect the ECM is gone..anyway thanks for your time..Sasha

I may misunderstood your question if I read it right check your kill switch a bad kill switch will cause no spark.

I would trace all wires to ground even all the wire plug connections you stated you have power on one side but no ground so that’s what I would do it will be a time consuming task to trace electric gremlins I have had them this past week end and it was ground losing connection sorry I can’t give you a more straight forward answer but I go to all grounds every time I have an electrical issue. I don’t think it’s ecu but…… have you had and severe lighting lately sometimes I’ve seen a close lighting storm strike will fry an ecu. Just guessing at this point I would trace all connection from ground before you buy and expensive ecu. Good luck and any more question I will be gladly to try to help and thanks for reaching out.

I don’t know your exact situation, but you can have 12.70v even with a poor connection, but you wouldn’t be able to pass high current. I would check and double check and clean every connection from the battery to the battery switch and all the way on through. If you still can’t figure it out, replace the battery with a new one and retest. A bad battery can charge to the right voltage, but fall on its face under a load.

The ecu doesn’t regulate current. If you have a current problem, it’s either wiring or the batteries or a charging concern. There’s not enough info provided to make any further suggestions.

Hello!I have a problem on a suzuki df 90 A 2009.. I have no spark and the trim does not work, and when it is connected directly to the wires, then the trim works.. is it the ECM? when starting I have a long beeeep pause of 5 seconds and then a beeeep for about 3 seconds and so on

It sounds like you might have a ground issue check all grounds on motor and battery.

On second thought check your water fuel separator for fuel blockage.
