For me, Gunship Cavalry is bullshit because of the "ice physics" that the ships have that lead you to drift into the laser walls. If the ships actually controlled like... y'know, _spaceships,_ and not real-world airplanes that always have to keep moving and take eight decades to slow down, I don't think the levels would be so bad.
16:10 I feel so seen with this. I had so much trouble beating Rescue the Princess back when I was 8 years old in the original Lego Star Wars 2 version of the game, in the exact same area too. What kept throwing me off was the elevators where the troopers kept spawning from that took you to that turret area where you shoot TIE Fighters. I thought that's what I had to do to finish the level, and I just didn’t realize that Leia was in the very last of the cells with the two levers. I even had the official walkthrough book for Lego Star Wars 2 and it still didn’t help my dumb child self lol. I eventually had to rewatch the actual movie to see what happens and know what I should be looking for.
General Grievous was underrated in my opinion. It was always one of my favorite levels growing up, but that might be because I thought he was a cool boss.
I’m not gonna lie guys my hot take is that Escape From Echo Base is my favourite level. Something about the music and the distant constant explosions as you’re traversing through rooms that each have a really fun & new mechanic. It’s the best parts of expansive levels that are fun to explore, so many hidden rooms that I didn’t discover until late. It’s dope and maybe my favourite by a considerable margin and I kind of don’t fully know why
Glad to see someone shares my hatred of most the vehicle levels lol. The OG Gunship Cavalry was especially awful and I remember having such a hard time beating it as a kid. In all honesty, for the most part I much prefer the prequel levels to the OT levels. The entirety of Episode 6 belongs in the trash with the vehicle levels, I genuinely have little fun with any level. I only like 5-6, and semi enjoy 5-1. 4-1 and 4-4 are enjoyable, 4-3 is semi enjoyable, and 4-5 is enjoyable except for the ending. Generally I have little issue with any of the levels for the prequels, exceptions being 2-1 in TCS which wasn't in the original, 1-5 kinda feels like a drag, and the new Gunship Calvary which also sucks nearly as much as the original. I do 100% agree with 3-6 being the top level, it was fun battling my sister back in the day with so many different combinations of who we could fight as at the end in free play.
Always played the complete saga but I never got all the mini kits so I just started doing that And getting the mini kits makes me appreciate the game so much more you Also there were no recent ranking videos for this game so you came in clutch.
Also, is the only level that you can get all objects for without needing to go into free play mode. I should know because I was able to get all 10 mini kits in and red brick in story mode
I hate Hoth Battle for the Bomb section, never liked those as a kid, but loved toppling down AT-ST's and AT-AT's with the rope. Didn't even know you could destroy them with bombs.
Putting the original gunship cavalry higher is diabolical 😭those towed bombs are absolutely disgusting. Same for Hoth. Man… Mos Eisely spacesport is also trash, absolutely nothing happens in story, there’s nothing to break and it keeps throwing random clone troopers constantly.
Wait, you actually like it when the probe droids attach onto your tow cable bombs in the hoth battle?? Creative or not, that part alone makes the hoth battle level one of my least favorite levels of the game, among many other things. But hey, to each their own.
Ill be putting more videos out soon like this one so PLEASE SUB!!!! thanx
there aren’t enough words in the english language to express how much I despise the gunship cavalry levels
It's one of the best levels
@ ok no more libs please 1975

The 2.1 in the out of 10 score on Bounty Hunter’s pursuit is the detail the devs put into nighttime Coruscant and the backing track by John Williams
In Escape from naboo you break the doors and then force the pillars to get the minikit
@@asamorgan6334 lol thanks that makes so much more sense

Lego Indian jones on the Wii was my jam back in the day! Using the whip motion to whip people in game was the bomb!
4-3 was def the best with the hot tub, car wash, and theater.:)

what a great video my favourite level still has to be 6-4 I just love entering the bunker and going into the Ewok Village
"we will be watching your career with great interest"
Im surprised you rated Into the Death Star at 38 with a rating of 3.7/10. It is my favourite level in the whole game

You know level is bad if even having iconic Star Wars music can’t save it
(applies for the low tiered levels)
well made video
me and you had the same problem with rescuing the princess
Droid Factory is towards the bottom of the list for me, it always crashed on my Wii and Wii U
I know it’s your opinion and i respect that but seeing mos eisley spaceport at number 26 just breaks my heart😂
Best LEGO game ever!

I hate the levels with sand😂

I’m convinced you’ve never seen the movies
@@antonioventura5561 Lool I have but it’s been a while
When I replay this game i despise speeder showdown it is so much time wasting and the speeder part could be better
Nah. The OT levels all suck.
