Someone actually pitched to have knees and elbows for the mechs and Lego said no just like how they said no to having some missing articulation that was supposed to be on Optimus prime
08:25 I would’ve gone for the older dewback that has detachable legs that you could’ve swapped out for the mech legs. Or failing that upscaled the brick built dewback from the escape pod set!
I would ditch the wings altogether on the Boba one. They look a redundant behind the arms. The way you did the TIE wings as armor on the Vader one is NICE tho
Hmm a thought for boba's wings, maybe make them shoulder pads of some sort? Then they can be more in the tight place and give something to the mech aspect
Or where the arms come out of, and the legs are the co- err, nope, definitely what that is, anyways the legs become the cock, with the guns on the knees, or ankles, acting either as backup weapons or some propulsion ala cad bane.
For the last one: Have one of the arms hold a comically large fishing rod, wich dangles a jawa in front of the cratures mouth. The stormtrooper is controlling the arms, baiting the Doback to walk in the desired direction because the Doback controlles the legs.
I like to imagine that the Stormtrooper saw how tired their Dewback was, and made a mech that fits both of them, so his pet can rest while still helping the trooper travel to his destination via using simple mech controls.
Not even gonna lie, I was thinking dewback when you was saying how stormtroopers didn't really have a vehicle, but then I was like, "must be a troop carrier cus ain't no way he'd make a dewback mech" What a way to prove me wrong, love all the designs in this video, but I think extra credit has to go to that mech for the creative idea and your ability to pull it off
Honestly, I was super skeptical, but with the final product, I do have to say that the storm trooper design is probably my favorite with Vader as a close second I’ll admit my own personal taste I prefer a more standard Mech that reflects the fighter, but I can’t deny it. It’s a really genius idea to incorporate parts from their signature vehicles and rides.
For the stormtrooper, a ship that would've made a lot of sense is the Sentinel Class shuttle. They were the bigger beefier version of the Lambda Class, specifically for deploying troops (and maybe light vehicles). The sentinel was probably the best troop transport in the galaxy considering its Class 1 and backup Class 10 hyperdrives, armament, shields, engines, and overall survivability.
Woah! Those mechs are awesome! Still disappointed that the base models had fixed knees and elbows but hell, on your MOCs it doesn't bother me at all. 11/10 would build. :D
What I personally think you should have done is split the “snout” section of the slave 1 and make them the actual legs while having the “guns” be the knee rockets Boba already has as a figure, which would blend the two in a more seamless fashion.
Might want to make the boba fett mech back shell smaller to make it look less clunky and the “thing” in the front a little less look like a “you know what”
9:21 I think it would be neat to see the rest of the empire vehicles represented under the storm trooper, despite the clear problems with the lore, but let's be honest, if Disney can't give a damn, I think you can do the same
I quite like the lego star wars mechs, mainly just for the minifigures though, the darth vader and boba fett ones have such good minifigures with such good printing
yours look great and contrary to LEGO's the idea is actually interesting and brings something new we haven't seen before, dewback mech being the cherry on top :D
The idea for the stormtrooper mech was there I like it when mechs have 4 legs. It was good but you should have made it more mech-ish and had 2 or 3 storm troopers in it. But damn it was a good idea.
I think for the StormTrooper, instead of Arms i'd have done a combo of Massive Spearlike Guns, Cannons or Missile pack or have 1 of the sides be where I'd place a small cockpit for the Trooper so as to make it look more like the Dewback was Piloting the Mech
To be honest, i actually like the darth vader and the other star wars mech, as these sets gets you to get some rare minifigure that would nornally be in expensive sets. So i was able to get darth vader and the other minifigure
these are EXTREMELY cool, but they won't work as a substitute for the existing mech sets. The reason why the mechs are like that is to make it cheap and easy for young kids to collect minifigures. These MOCs are awesome for adults but they would be much more expensive and probably need to be a separate line. Unrelated, but I think the Dewback needs to be a Sand Trooper, since the Dewbacks are native to Tattooine
No offense but the Stormtrooper was the only 100% perfect mech officially from Lego. I really thought you were going to be inspired by the Imperial Troop Transport from Star Wars Rebels. To keep the white color and have big guns on the back, Transformers Onslaught styled. But I really like what you did to Boba Fett. You made it 100x better!!!!!!!!
Bro should have done the storm trooper carrier. I could have fit better for the stormtroopers in my opinion or just build the layout of Canada. Your choice
hi Not that Sam Smith! I'm DDadan, a Korean Lego RUclipsr. Lego MOCs you made are really fantastic. Is it okay if I make a video introducing your Lego MOCs to Korean Lego fans? Of course, I'll leave the source. thank you!😁
On the last one, I like to imagine that _the Dewback_ is piloting the mech, and the Stormtrooper is trying to direct it and command it.
The Boba Fett mech has a cockpit.
Do you mean a COCKpit
Thanks, captain obvious
Woah I had no idea
Yeah he had a big COCKpit a very big one in fact
Hunter, Wolf do you guys… do you guys not get it?
All the old mechs r fire becuz they actually had elbows and knees, the new ones had so much potential and they threw it in the gutter
The old buildable figures aren't mechs
Agreed. Especially the lack of knees is grating.
Besides the original iron Man mech, that one was so skinny and lopsided
Someone actually pitched to have knees and elbows for the mechs and Lego said no just like how they said no to having some missing articulation that was supposed to be on Optimus prime
They replaced strong and beautiful CCBS/Bionicle ball joints with stiff “SCCBS” fake joint pieces to “enhance” playability for kids…
Damn, boba fett is PACKING
Boba’s fett.
Idk if that made sense 😕
💀
all of these MOCS are great! Would love to see a Luke's mech redesign to make it even more x-wingy lol
The boba fett mech reminds me of the banana flashing the strawberry image
Oh that one
I cant unsee it now
Huh?
That's literally just the robot forms of the Transformers and Star Wars crossover
Man Boba's really packing that firepower
08:25 I would’ve gone for the older dewback that has detachable legs that you could’ve swapped out for the mech legs. Or failing that upscaled the brick built dewback from the escape pod set!
I would ditch the wings altogether on the Boba one. They look a redundant behind the arms. The way you did the TIE wings as armor on the Vader one is NICE tho
People hate them because they made the arm and leg joints 120 degree locked. The ones from Marvel use to have bendable joints.
3:03 I think the wings should have been integrated with the arms
The Dino one is so cool!

I got a feeling its the dewback since thats the only thing stormtroopers were actually on
You definitely skipped through that one
I like to imagine that the Stormtrooper saw how tired their Dewback was, and made a mech that fits both of them, so his pet can rest while still helping the trooper travel to his destination via using simple mech controls.
Initially I thought the Dewback mech looked goofy but you actually ended up making it look cool 😂
That thumbnail was so cursed. 😂😂
Why
5:52 Bro think he Mr. Electric 💀
What do you mean by that?
Oh wait now I get it
Took me a day lol
BRUH
Eletricidad*
For the Storm Trooper, you could have done a Troop Transporter, and have multiple legs just as you did, but also multiple Troopers
7:54 sandtroopers are basically stormtroopers for deserts anyway
You lost me at the start of the clone trooper mech… but god damn the end result is soooooo sick! 100/10!
i think the slave 1 didnt need the wings on its back. the arms could visually fill their role.
Lego should hire you.
Not even gonna lie, I was thinking dewback when you was saying how stormtroopers didn't really have a vehicle, but then I was like, "must be a troop carrier cus ain't no way he'd make a dewback mech"
What a way to prove me wrong, love all the designs in this video, but I think extra credit has to go to that mech for the creative idea and your ability to pull it off
I don’t care what everyone says about the mechs, there really awesome.
Facts
Honestly, I was super skeptical, but with the final product, I do have to say that the storm trooper design is probably my favorite with Vader as a close second
I’ll admit my own personal taste I prefer a more standard Mech that reflects the fighter, but I can’t deny it. It’s a really genius idea to incorporate parts from their signature vehicles and rides.
That boba fett mech be PACKING THOUGH
For the stormtrooper, a ship that would've made a lot of sense is the Sentinel Class shuttle. They were the bigger beefier version of the Lambda Class, specifically for deploying troops (and maybe light vehicles). The sentinel was probably the best troop transport in the galaxy considering its Class 1 and backup Class 10 hyperdrives, armament, shields, engines, and overall survivability.
I love these! I think for the vader mech it would also be fun to add just one wing as a shield for more of a knight feel
I warmed up to the dewback. Thought it was a really bad idea @ 1st, but the final product was so cool.
Vader's Mech looks awesome!!
I think that the Imperial Landing Craft would look very good for the stormtrooper mech.
Truly a magnificent cockpit
“Hey Palps, I have an idea - what do you think” “Dew it”
Might want to make the boba fett mech back shell smaller to make it look less clunky and the “thing” in the front a little less look like a “you know what”
You should have put Darth Vader's shoulders on separate ball joints, so they acted like shoulder armour, and also so you can see the arm details
You could've done an Imperial Troop Transport Mech.
Dude that Dewback mech looks dope!
Boba fett mech be packing the goods
I thought you were gonna do a troop carrier mech I think that would be better but the dew back was hilarious
I think if they had made the mechs look like something that could exist in universe it’d be a lot better
i love the mechs, i love kitting out the storm trooper one to be a clone trooper mech
9:21 I think it would be neat to see the rest of the empire vehicles represented under the storm trooper, despite the clear problems with the lore, but let's be honest, if Disney can't give a damn, I think you can do the same
The stormtrooper mech really feels like a shitpost
I quite like the lego star wars mechs, mainly just for the minifigures though, the darth vader and boba fett ones have such good minifigures with such good printing
yours look great and contrary to LEGO's the idea is actually interesting and brings something new we haven't seen before, dewback mech being the cherry on top :D
You should have made the wings the upper shoulders/arms of the mech. Just a recommendation to better incorporate the ship parts.
these look awesome 👏
personally, I love the mechs They’re my favorite kind of Lego sets
Stormtroopers do have a vehicle! The troop transport from rebels! A similar one also appeared in the Mandalorian and got a set
I agree that lego should have made the mechs there iconic ships let’s hope that they continue down the right path from now on
The idea for the stormtrooper mech was there I like it when mechs have 4 legs. It was good but you should have made it more mech-ish and had 2 or 3 storm troopers in it. But damn it was a good idea.
Man. I would buy that Stormtrooper Mech!
This is actually a really fun idea! Kudos!
Would of been cool of the vader mech's wings were scaled down as shoulder pads
Great idea and does look so much better than the originals. Boba fett definitely a "stud" with that mech
The start of the Bobafet one had me think of a Titan from Titanfall
You should of done a skift for the last one,it would be so much easier
Tie advance mech is sick.
Boba fett be packin
I think for the StormTrooper, instead of Arms
i'd have done a combo of Massive Spearlike Guns, Cannons or Missile pack
or have 1 of the sides be where I'd place a small cockpit for the Trooper
so as to make it look more like the Dewback was Piloting the Mech
These are AMAZING! I love the way your mind works
I actually love the last one
I think the boba fett one could be improved if you used the turtle shell as a shield and added the jet pack on the back
Ngl The New Boba Mech reminds me out Autobot Breakaway
I now have to buy both sets for this
To be honest, i actually like the darth vader and the other star wars mech, as these sets gets you to get some rare minifigure that would nornally be in expensive sets. So i was able to get darth vader and the other minifigure
you're a genius. loved your creativity!
Last one is insane and my favorite
Ok Vader mech is looking kinda fire now
these are EXTREMELY cool, but they won't work as a substitute for the existing mech sets.
Wild guess that the dewback mech is based off of a AT-OT. I know its for clones and two more sets of legs, but thats what I think.
my brain wants to say the stormtrooper transport but my heart wants it to be a dewback
Use a wing from the Vader mech and turn it into a shield
Its gonna be the drop ship that has the upturned nose that is actually a ramp. the one thats used when Finn is deployed.
7:28 an ATAT
Well you could've made the dropship mech for that stormtrooper!
ur doin gods work
You could make one of the TIE advanced wings a shield for the mech
No offense but the Stormtrooper was the only 100% perfect mech officially from Lego. I really thought you were going to be inspired by the Imperial Troop Transport from Star Wars Rebels. To keep the white color and have big guns on the back, Transformers Onslaught styled. But I really like what you did to Boba Fett. You made it 100x better!!!!!!!!
I think a way to improve the boba one is to extend the torso and move the legs lower, making the nose be part of the torso and not… y’know
All the mechs are great... but the best one is the trooper mech
Oh no, you gave boba gets mech a, a- well, you know.
I’ll say it for you man gave bobas mech a di-
GETS BANNED FROM ChAT:
A crotch guard
Stormtroopers do have a vehicle. The imperial troop transport, you can even have troopers riding on the side
Lego hire this man
I would love to see a mech for every minifigure from the new Lego Fortnite battle bus set next, especially peely 🍌👑
boba fett is PACKING
Stormtroopers did operate Sabre Tanks!
Make loads of the stormtrooper mechs and have them fight Luke
Bro should have done the storm trooper carrier. I could have fit better for the stormtroopers in my opinion or just build the layout of Canada. Your choice
hi Not that Sam Smith! I'm DDadan, a Korean Lego RUclipsr.
Lego MOCs you made are really fantastic.
Is it okay if I make a video introducing your Lego MOCs to Korean Lego fans?
Of course, I'll leave the source. thank you!😁
you might make the legs BE the long back part of the ship. that way its not [redactively inapprorate].
You could use an imperial transport for the stormtrooper
With the Darth Vader mech he could've used his sith interceptor from the comics.
You could have used the imperial troop transport for the storm trooper
Damn this guys awesome, subbed and I never do that after just one video 😮💨
I think he’s turning the stormtrooper mech into a dewback😮
I think people hate the new Mech joint instead the mech sets themselves.
