Hi Kirsten! I'm a new Pre-K teacher starting in the fall and I'm so happy to have found your pre-k channel recently. I hope you keep it up because I love your videos and would love to keep following you for tips.
I just stumbled across your channel and I've had fun watching all of your pre-k videos. I'm curious what your daily schedule looks like. I feel like I never have enough time in my day to get everything done, and I'm always curious about how other pre-K teachers have their days laid out.
I usually start the day with free play and then pull them to do morning work, then we have our morning meeting where we do calendar and weather and stories. Most of my day is centers. After centers we have gym then snack. I end the day with table time activities which is differentiated fine motor games! I hope that helps :)
My fun snacks are kind of like a monthly class party. I line it up with my Star Student Day so that students parents bring in a snack of some kind for the class and they stay to volunteer for the day with their little one and help them with their show and tell. The kiddos really liked it and it helped to get all of my parents involved.

I know I have been pretty lucky with my classrooms, my new classroom for this year is just as big! It even has a loft in it!
