      Car dealerships crush it. You should do video ads with a combination of image ads for them. Sell them the branding effect along side with getting quality leads because you will do video ads for them. Ship them a microphone from Amazon and send them a script. Tell them to shoot it and then you send it to an editor to edited. Then you put that as an ad on FB or IG

    Two part question - What is your personal favorite niche? And of all of the niches you've tried (chiro / dental / medspa), would you recommend going into one of them, or is it too hard to come up with a new offer that will land meetings at this point?

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  7 месяцев назад +5

      My favorite has to be the dentist because they always have money to spend on their marketing. But like all of these niches, it’s going to be hard in the beginning but as you get some testimonials and crack paid ads, you will do great!

    Just the video I was looking for. Good stuff!
    I just created a digital solutions company (drop-servicing model) and I don't have any clients yet. Your “no-brainer guarantee" is a solid idea, would you suggest I invest my own money for adspend and outsource the services to a freelancer until I gain credibility? I do want to try to scale without losing any money but I'd like your input.
    Thanks!

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks man. I would not spend my own money for a client. They will get brand recognition, and potentially some customers. So they should pay for it. I would also try to learn how to run ads or deliver the service myself first and then hire someone. If the freelancer leaves you, you will not be able to service your clients.

    Love the videography and amazing video. How do I get my first client in my niche without social proof. i do not know anyone local to me which i can run ads to gain social proof. Would offering a crazy risk free offer be sufficient. Once i have the first client and first testimonial, itll be ever so easier to get my next and my next etc? Any tips on how to get my first client without social proof and case studies?

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  8 месяцев назад +1

      Hey, thanks for the love on the videography, we are trying make it look as good as possible for you guys!🙌 Now, about getting that first client without any social proof? Totally get where you’re coming from. If you’re not super confident about your results yet, just hold off on charging them. Offer them what I like to call a “no-brainer guarantee.” Basically, you tell them, “Let me handle your marketing, completely free. You only pay me when you start seeing some real cash coming in from my efforts.” It’s a win-win. They get someone who’s eager and motivated to get results that’s you! and you get to learn and refine your skills. Yeah, there’ll be a learning curve and maybe some misses, but once you nail it, you can start charging and absolutely dominate that niche. Start with one, prove yourself, then scale up. Hope that helps!

    How do you feel about the Health Insurance Space? Most of my clients are already in this space but I have been wanting to niche down and specialize in one area.

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, if you are thinking about niching down you definitely should. IF you go all in on one niche, especially one you're already familiar with, you can do really good. It’s gonna be a breeze to train your crew when they're all on the same page, focusing on one thing. Plus, when clients see you killing it in that one area, they'll be lining up. So, niche down always. If health insurance is a niche within then I would go for it. Make sure there are enough businesses in that niche! Hope this helps 👍

      closing deals over Zoom has been just as effective as in-person meetings. I've signed up 300 clients this way. It's all about having both video and audio on to keep it engaging. If a client really insists on meeting face-to-face, I'm open to it, but only if they're within a 20-30 minute drive. Anything further requires a pretty solid deal on the table. Zoom calls are the way to go for saving time and getting more done.

    Aren’t MedSpa & Chiro niches also oversaturated like Dentist one?

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, you’re totally right. MedSpa, Chiro, Dentist - they all seem saturated, right? But here’s the thing: while there are bunch of agencies trying to work with them, not many are really hitting the mark. A lot of these businesses keep jumping from one agency to another, just searching for that one agency that “gets it.” So, if you zoom into just one of these niches and absolutely crush it, you’ll be the best in that niche. Just focus on delivering killer results for that specific niche. Once you do, and you keep leveling up your game, more clients will come running. Sure, on the surface, everything looks saturated. But what’s really lacking are top-tier marketers who can nail it for them in their specific niche. That’s where the real opportunity is. And of course, it takes time to get good so niche down and start mastering it! If people don’t trust you right now, just do the marketing for them for free in the beginning. Once you have proven yourself then you can ask for money. Then you can learn by spending their ad dollars, potentially getting them results and also learning the skill 😁. Hope that helps!

    what about watch dealers??

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  6 месяцев назад

      I don’t think a lot of agencies hit up watch dealers as much as they do with something like dentist so it’s probably not saturated. I believe that one could be awesome

      Yes definitely! A lot of people need and don’t know about it. I would have the client do video ads about it.

    Bro e-commerce is the worst niche ever,
    I have been in it for almost a year without signing a single client after trying literally everything

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  7 месяцев назад

      I would not start off with e-commerce. Even if you got a client, it will be hard to get them results. I would go with local businesses first as it is easy to just generate leads for them.

    almost all these niches are already hyper saturated

      I know agency owners that have scaled past $100K in all of these niches. It’s all saturated, but not with people that actually know what they are doing. A lot of them are rookie marketers that just want to do a quick money grab. If you get good at what you do, you will crush the competition.

    how about pressure washing?

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  7 месяцев назад

      Pressure Washing is good but sometimes is can be more seasonal depending where they are. They can get really good results and lots of referrals just from one clients so they will get good ROI. Plus they have good profit margins.

    Do you think Dental niche is wayyyy too saturated and a newcomer shouldn't get into this?

    • @sukhbains_23
      @sukhbains_23  3 месяца назад

      If you're brand new, I think it's a bit hard. So, I recommend starting with easier niches like realtors, car detail companies, and business owners who are more willing to hop on a call. Most dentists are busy and won't talk to anyone they think may potentially waste their time. Let's say you went in and you already had a dentist clients. They would be more interested in talking.
