They found out my mom was suffering from back spasms and offered her a heating pad to help her. They always have gone above and beyond. My husband and I are going to be cruising a completely different cruise line thanks to you! Virgin Voyages!!!
Hi Guys, just wanted to share that we just finished a cruise on the Disney wish, and thanks to your videos we were so prepared! We found every one of your tips to be super helpful and we loved all our time afloat. We name dropped your channel at the Rose and the bartender said he followed you guys too. The monkey spritzer was amazing so thanks for that recommendation. Hope you are both doing well and looking forward to seeing you on a future cruise. Wrap me in a pirate flag and call me Jolly Roger!!
Ahoy there! We're thrilled to hear that our tips were helpful for your cruise on the Disney Wish. It's always great to be well-prepared and make the most of your time at sea. Thank you for sharing your experience and for spreading the word about our channel. We appreciate your support and hope to bring you more cruise adventures in the future.
I agree with all of these points! We don’t have kids but we are big Disney fans and love the cruises. We love the food, entertainment, and service! Oh, we also love the staterooms. They are pretty spacious and so clean!
Same! I am actually a semi-Disney person, my first real job was as a cast member at Hollywood Studios - I am not anti-Disney at all, but the idea of a Disney cruise, especially if not with my nephews or kids, has never appealed to me, but sometimes I debate giving it a try. 🤷🏻♀️
We have completed 14 cruises on Disney and have 2 more booked in the next 10 months! We also don't have kids and spend our time in the adults only areas. The quality and level of service on Disney is first class. People complain about Disney being expensive but more things are included in your fare that you pay extra for on other lines. Also, you have to think of Disney as a premium line as opposed to a budget line like Carnival. The thing is, you do have to be a Disney fan to enjoy Disney Cruise Line. If you don't care for Disney properties like Marvel and Star Wars or if you can't cruise without a casino then DCL isn't for you.
Thank you for sharing your insights and experiences with us, and I hope your upcoming cruises with Disney are even more enjoyable! Have a wonderful time on board. 🚢😊
Disney's really not my jam, but I'm happy there's an option out there for folks who like this sort of thing! There really is a cruise experience out there for everyone.
I did a solo Disney cruise and I'm not overly fond of children. I figured if it got to be too much I could always retreat to my balcony. I had a fantastic time and have my next cruise booked. I found dealing with the children to be a much bigger issue in the theme parks than on the ship. Plus the adults-only areas were nice. I stayed onboard during one of the port days and you practically have the ship to yourself.
You're welcome! The Disney ships do have a distinct and classic look to them, often reminiscent of the golden age of ocean liners. The iconic design, with their sleek lines and vibrant colors, definitely adds to the overall charm and appeal of the Disney cruise experience. It's great to hear that you appreciate their unique style. If you ever have the opportunity to sail on a Disney cruise, I hope you thoroughly enjoy the experience! 🚢😊
We did our first Disney cruise last month and have our second already booked for next May 😁 I can’t say I disagree with anything in your video! Of course I wish Disney cruises were less expensive, but we find the value fair - we have an 8-year-old who loves everything Disney, and they really cannot be beat for their kids clubs and family programming.
That's fantastic to hear that you had a great experience on your first Disney cruise and have another one booked for next year! Disney cruises are indeed known for their exceptional kids clubs and family-friendly programming, making them a wonderful choice for families with young children who love everything Disney. While they may be pricier compared to some other cruise lines, many people find the value and the magical experience they provide well worth it. We hope you have an incredible time on your upcoming Disney cruise and create even more unforgettable memories with your family. Enjoy! 😊🚢✨
We have our 3rd cruise coming up in 3.5 weeks on the Disney Fantasy, very excited and agree on all counts. I would also add the muster drill, we were lucky to experience the updated e-muster last year, but now it is back to in person. I do hope they go back to e-muster again. I do hope as they add more ships they do more itineraries, but since we'll be able to enjoy what they have sine we don't have a ton of cruise history yet. I'm especially looking forward to their new island next year, but who knows when we'll be able to visit.
I think the dinner buffet may vary by ship? I know the Magic has no dinner buffet. But if you don't want to eat in the main dining room there are quick service locations where you can get salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. Also, room service is included at no extra charge except for tipping the crew.
Appreciate this video so much! I’ll be on my 16th Disney sailing in October and most of my cruises have been adults-only. I do think you will enjoy sailing DCL much more if you consider yourself a Disney fan, but I agree that the beautiful ships and fantastic service should appeal to everyone!
Thank you for your feedback! It's great to hear that you've had such a positive experience with Disney Cruise Line and that you've enjoyed many adults-only sailings. The combination of the beautiful ships and exceptional service on DCL is indeed something that can be appreciated by everyone, regardless of their affinity for Disney. While being a Disney fan certainly adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience, the quality of the ships, the attention to detail, and the level of service can appeal to a wide range of guests. It's wonderful that you've found so much value in sailing with Disney and continue to choose them for your cruises. I hope your 16th Disney sailing in October is another fantastic experience, and may you create many more magical memories on board! Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and happy cruising! 🚢😊
You handled that perfectly. We have done 31 Disney cruises, 32-34 booked, all just adults. We love them but after watching your content we have booked Celebrity Apex next May for the Transatlantic. We are so excited!! Thank you for all your excellent content.
That's amazing, congratulations on your upcoming Celebrity Apex Transatlantic cruise! It sounds like a fantastic adventure. We're thrilled to hear that our content inspired you to try something new and venture beyond your Disney cruises. We hope you have a wonderful time onboard the Celebrity Apex and enjoy the unique experiences it has to offer. Thank you for your kind words and support of our content. Safe travels and happy cruising! 🚢❤️
Very nice video. Thank you for the Disney info. We are planning on a Disney cruise when DH retires later this year because Port Canaveral is drivable for us. Pretty sure we’ll stay in the adults only area most of the time but we have always enjoyed watching families have a good time so we might just venture to the “other side” occasionally. 😁
Your #2 and #3 on the cons list are why we won't cruise with Disney. Their ships are beautiful though and maybe someday they'll improve their itineraries and reduce costs a bit. Thank you!
I'm a huge Disney Fanatic!! I have yet to cruise Disney, so many reasons why, #1 price seems alot just for the food & shows!! #2 didnt hear alot of things to do on the ship besides shows, not a big time show person.. For the price of a cruise I could fly, get a hotel room to Orlando Fl. We normally cruise RC which yes it does have kids but there is so much more for kids to do there than what I'm seeing on Disney.. My son with 4 kids just went on Disney they said it was fun, we are taking them on ICON next year we'll see what they say after than one..
We hope your upcoming cruise on ICON with your family is a fantastic experience, and we're always here to provide cruise tips and insights, no matter which line you choose.
Top notch quality or premium my foot! We went on the Dream, which should be renamed the NIGHTMARE! Horrible service, overpriced by 5 TIMES over the same itinerary from two other lines that had private islands as well. The cabin was in bad shape, the pipes burst and flooded the stair case. The buffet ventilation was so bad it was loud and the ceiling vibrated. Only ONE of the soda stations worked completely, the food was bland and NEVER was served hot. It was lucky if it was lukewarm. The ONLY food that was good was the two extra pay venues, Remy and Palo as the service there was good as well. Our server was obnoxious to the extreme and kept pushing things that were extra. Never got orders correct. Eventually, stopped even asking, and got the horrible food on deck. Like chicken fingers that were hard as a rock or the hamburgers that were worse than the freezer versions that you can get in a supermarket, No taste and stale hard buns. ALL the shows broke down, one was even delayed a day and when it did run broke down multiple times. I'm a former professional stagehand and have worked for broadway shows, this WASN'T even 2nd tier touring show level production quality. There were bugs all over the ship. Even the cabin personnel were pathetic. They couldn't even make a bed properly. I had to tell them to stop and did them myself. On top of which the fold down bed was hard as a board and when I asked for something to help, all they brought was a smelly, thin, foam that wasn't even the size of the bed. The wifi was awful. These were just the things on the ship. Boarding was mismanaged and the island was horrible. There are other WAY better values for your money or if you really want premium there are MUCH better as well. The ONLY reason to go on the overpriced junk is if you absolutely HAVE to do corporate disney. Otherwise NEVER do DCL!!!
@@InsideCruise thank you so much for responding! I absolutely love your guys videos. They are so helpful. Helps get through the wait until my next cruise
If they weren't so expensive and had longer cruises I would LOVE to do Disney. lol I'd probably have to go solo, my husband is NOT a Disney fan. He only went to Disneyland because our kids wanted to. They are a tad to old now. I'd have to borrow my nieces in name only if mom would let me. I think she would.
The nice thing about any Disney vacation ( cruises included) is you can pay over time. You dont have to pay all at once. This has helped us to make the leap and cruise more. Its nice tp plan and pay over 8-12 months. Also, our last cruise, my 9 yr old stayed in the kids club almost the whole time. We spent most of the time in adult areas. Its great, and not "over" Disney is that is what your husband is worried about. 🙂
I’m sure it’s very nice and excellent food but too many screaming kids no drink package and no casino not something we would ever consider We don’t have children and prefer to have a fun vacation but this is definitely not for us
We understand that Disney cruises may not be the best fit for everyone, especially if you prefer a more adult-oriented experience with amenities like a drink package and a casino. Every cruise line has its own unique offerings and target audience, and it's important to choose one that aligns with your preferences and interests.

I have always said I would not do a Disney cruise…kids, etc… but y’all are really making me rethink that
You definitely should try it. It’s definitely worth it. I’ve been with my kids snd without. I enjoyed it just as much as I did with my kids
Same! I am actually a semi-Disney person, my first real job was as a cast member at Hollywood Studios - I am not anti-Disney at all, but the idea of a Disney cruise, especially if not with my nephews or kids, has never appealed to me, but sometimes I debate giving it a try. 🤷🏻♀️
Go off season where kids are in school and you’ll love it. Barley ran into any kiddos because they were mostly at the kids club.
We're glad to hear that we've sparked your interest in reconsidering a Disney cruise!
Four of my five cruises have been solo. I regret so much I didn’t start sooner!

Disney's really not my jam, but I'm happy there's an option out there for folks who like this sort of thing! There really is a cruise experience out there for everyone.
Everything Disney (parks, merch, cruises) is expensive, but the quality of the experiences and service is reliably good.
You gentlemen are very brave to be around all those kids!! Thank God for adult only areas!! Stay well. Love your channel. ❤

I rather like the look of the Disney ships. They seem more 'ocean liner' than most modern ships. Maybe it is the colour. Thank you for the video!

I have done four Disney cruises and LOVE them so much. This video is really making me want to go again!!
Insanely high prices, but the product is absolutely amazing.

I didn’t know sodas are included in the price or that there is no dinner buffet so I learned something today! Thanks for the great content as always!
Happy to help!

I'd love to try Disney cruises one day when they come to Australia :) maybe in 2026 :)
I love the DCL. The Wish is the only ship I haven’t been on yet.
Good let the kids have disney cruises! ill stick to royal carribean
Great content; good to know it’s not too in your face. Thank you Ben & David!
Your #2 and #3 on the cons list are why we won't cruise with Disney. Their ships are beautiful though and maybe someday they'll improve their itineraries and reduce costs a bit. Thank you!
Anything Disney is expensive, so I wouldn't expect that to change. They may get new itineraries when the Treasure debuts.

We have yet to sail on Fed Olsen so cant comment yet.
The itineries in Australia when disney finally came here was totally rubbish for what we were expected to pay.. We didnt bother
Do they have two different RUclips channels? I’m so confused
Their main channel is Cruise with Ben and David. It looks like they split their travel vlogs and info/tips videos between their 2 channels.
@@mpb3481 thank you! That make sense. I was like I just watched a video on their other channel and wasn’t sure if the other one was going away.
Yes, As mentioned above we started InsideCruise to share our tips while the main channel is just vlogs.

Disney is a ripoff compared to other cruise lines! Just coz its Disney branded.. like everything disney come to think of it
