That's Dre talor, one of the best estate companies in Ghana 🇬🇭 Aburi, precisely. His an inspiration to the diaspora community and Ghana 🇬🇭 as a whole. Kudos 👏
Interior designers in Ghana should start pitching to Dre now to handle the staging of these units………I am not an interior designer but the potential of the space in terms of artwork, furniture with the mountains as a backdrop will elevate anybody’s portfolio.
This is an incredible piece of property, excellent for both investment and spending holidays. Ghana is changing and growing very rapidly and people with money for investments should move in NOW because in 5 years these same properties would be worth over 100% more.
Beautiful home....I live here in Ghana, and what they never show you is that most of these places have bad or no road access. This is one of the drawbacks of building around these areas. Coming from America, many people don't think about these things. Water, power, and internet are a whole different conversation
Don't start your negativity, not everybody wants what you want, leave people alone and let them do what they want for themselves. Whether there is a road or no road is up to them to decide.
@TWUMKWAME5 it not negativity it's called full disclosure. You are absolutely correct it is up to them. I happen to care. If I pay that much for a home, I would want to know if I can access it without ripping off the bottom of my vehicle.
HELLO FROM CATHEDRAL AVENUE WASHINGTON DC. MY BEAUTIFUL FROM OBUSUMASE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING SUCH BEAUTIFUL VLOG, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I JUST SUBSCRIBED YOUR CHANNEL
Damn... You guys are wetting my appetite... I can't wait to finish my project in the same area. Aburi Obosomase. #ProjectZephyr. I bet Dre that my view is way up at the Highland park. I can see the ships docking at Tema😊😊😊
You are soo natural in front of the camera. Your interview skills is top notch. I can see you building a communication empire, a production empire, a media production empire In Ghana. I can see you being the Oprah Winfrey of Ghana and opening doors for young Ghanian girls and women.
@@Internationalhannah Very good, my father belongs there, we are "Oyoko" and I live in Canada now but when I return this June and you are still available I will take you to my village or town where I will be come chief soon. I will need your help to bring in diaspora to live with me there. thanks. "Osei Tutu Kwame Asibe Bonsu"
Humble suggestion here: please explore ways to have this development associated with another name than Obosomase. May sound petty if all that matters is the physical location in the mountains & the gorgeous views but to the local person that may take away from the appeal of the place.
Ghanaians wants to forget everything about our ancestral heritage. Things like that is what makes us unique. Sis it's just the name of the town it's located so chill
Why do you want to change the name our ancestors has given to us, just so you can please your fake white jesus. Obosomase literally means “under the Gods” “protected by the Gods” “Under the protection of the Gods” Any European white name you give to this village will never be as powerful as the name our Ancestors have given to this village.
Yes there are monkeys there, but they are moving away to the much greener areas. There were some monkeys around when I was digging and doing my foundation but they have moved across. They come around occasionally in the evenings.

He nailed it
Nice property
Can't wait😄
Obosomase literally means
“Under the Gods”
“Protected by the Gods”
“Under the Protection of the Gods”
Is there any land available around there for sale.
Can I get the building plan?
price if i want to buy?

Do you know the history behind the name or you’re just going with the literal meaning of the village name?

can you show the view at night ?
Obusomase means “under the gods”…so the town under the gods

They have birds but do they really have monkeys up there? that maybe a turn off for some investors, it’s nice to be accurate with things like that.

Stop bragging... We r not fools buddy..?😂😂
