Sir please a video on guilt and how to handle guilt of something....often it happens that we start living in the past and cannot forgive ourselves....it ruins a lot of time and kills the motivation and makes us feel like a bad person. Even geeta says "All mistakes can be forgiven by god if you have regret for it" but the problem is we cannot forgive our ownselves! So a video on this will help a lot
