Hi Ash. I think it really depends but essentially 3 months worth of monthly rental fee coz they usually ask for 1 month adv & 1 month deposit and you also need as well to allocate budget for groceries and home essentials that you will need in your new place, just prioritize the ones that you can't live w/o in your first few months like bathroom and kitchen essentials. I made a content about major expenses to consider when living alone, you might wanna check it out! thanks po for being here 😊
