Seeing people still find goals after getting to such a physique shows you that there's always room to improve. Keep going forward.
That’s all great but also remember there’s a sweet spot. A real man is strong in body as well as in the mind. If you get too big, your heart will not be able to support it.
If you use steroids to look huge, that’s all you’re doing (looking huge). You will ironically get gassed out and be slower and weaker than someone who does bjj/boxing etc. THERES A SWEET SPOT.
@@hankschrader5507 preach, if you get extremely muscular (in size) you'll have difficulty in breathing even while doing nothing (like someone extremely obese in that case), so it is always about balance.
The sweet spot imo is 12% bf while being possible to sprint or run a marathon in terms of conditioning, while practicing muay thai (striking), wrestling/judo/bjj (ground and grapple) martial arts.

Now, we must agree, some guys are going for just that big muscular Superman look, trying to look like Arnold in the move Predator etc. which is fine, different people value different things and we can respect that, but the current idea seems to be that the only way to “progress” and be more manly, is to just gain in size (which also has the huge issue of PED use, which IMO is ruining young men like me), there’s so much more you can work on instead. To me, a boxer, an MMA fighter or a BJJ blackbelt is way more of a man as he has superior command over his body.
That’s what the pursuit of realizing your strength as a man is. It’s not about having more body, it’s about having more control over it and your surroundings. Stay hard bro!

@@KaiserNightcoreMusicTbf, people don't just keep getting bigger, especially like the 2 at the start, they'll both be on steroids. As long as you don't take steroids and don't have top 1% DNA for bodybuilding, then you won't find yourself getting this big. You'll just hit a wall and stop getting bigger, few people manage to naturally break any sort of sweet spot by getting too big.

The days of muscle superiority is way long gone. In a practical fight, a muscle man can be killed by a trained shooter, unless he is wearing a body armor. Besides, human body has limitations so i will not feel confident if i were these muscle guys.
