How ironic that Billy Burke goes from Twilight who's best friends son is a wolf to playing a wolf himself only thing is he's playing a wolf that's savage & evil.
Turns 10 today Skipped it Stinks Catherine Hardwick couldn’t make this work Loved Thirteen and I got on board with Twilight but this thing is a travesty
While I found most this movie boring, I give it credit for having some ideas I found interesting and the twist while kind of predictable was ok. I found it better than twilight whick i found borderline unwatchable with how boring and uninteresting it was.
They had some odd actors here: Gary Oldman, Virginia Madsen, Julie Christie, Michael Shanks (Hawkman from Smallville, also Daniel Jackson from SG-1), Lukas Haas, and Michael Hogan from Battlestar Galactica. Also Max Irons is the son of the great Jeremy Irons. Watching it now on HBO, my God it's terrible,,,,
I think they're being harsh,I wouldn't hate a film just, because the director was the same as the first Twilight. My thing is so what. And it wasn't as bad as Twilight at all to me.I didn't think the acting wasn't that bad either. But to each his own.
This film was like Bram Stoker's Dracula for me. It took a decent concept, but just fell flat on it's face with the acting/dialouge/love story with Gary Oldman being the only one giving it some life. I give Hardwicke credit that she at least seems to TRY to make movies like the first Twilight and this look passable and the werewolf scenes were giving us SOMETHING, but it still failed. Just watch The Beast Must Die for a werewolf mystery because that's at least entertaining and has Peter Cushing.
And thank you for uploading this! This is one of my favorite reviews from the crew.
"the... creature from the black lagoon" Did he predict shape of water?
"From the director of Twilight" you know that's a bad sign when you see that statement!

Worse than Twilight?! I didn't know that was possible.

To be honest, I quite liked this movie. It was a huge step up from Twilight
PhantosTheHedgehog Honestly Twilight is American Werewolf in London compared to this
@AioniosOneirus True, that was one of the best plot twists I've ever seen.

@LeaxoftheUnderworld I guess there is no one to blame. We're leaving ground. Will things ever be the same again?

XD lol @ ye ol' hot topic
I thought it silly but some times entertaining. So because of that I will say a low rental
@AioniosOneirus Dude, that sounds like a cheap Shyamalan twist or something.
Oh wait, the whole movie is too identical to Shyamalan's The Village!
strange thing is and I don't know why but I easily thought up about 3-5 different movie styles or satires to make this a farrrr more enjoyable movies
STOP HATING ON SPIDER MAN 3! KOREY AND CYRUS LIKED IT TOO!
I loved this movie! But I did NOT like Twilight! The acting was mutch better in red riding hood.

@mst3k4evur Oh yeah, it was that bad.

Years ago? Shakespeare is still a hack. Romeo and Juliet, as a story, is every bit as tweenie and twice as ridiculous as Twilight.
This movie sucked
