    Interesting! This would change how we manage fatigue. Useful to see if more data could be collected under an expanded research.

    Wouldn't people working shift work have changed their circadian rhythm to their shift?

      It doesn’t happen. Circadian rhythms don’t change like that. That’s the whole point.
