Do you have any idea what type of loco this is as I'm not great with my Midland knowledge. I think it's a Black five, but not entirely sure. The jubilee class and the stanier black 5 are the same engine just double chimney
The jubilees have 3 cylinders vs the black 5 having 2 and other differences so you are wrong
