Muslims are minority thus disbelieve are dominant and Sharia law is not prevailed in such country only made made constitutional law are enforced for legislation... Then it is permissibls for muslim to become judge in non muslim country.. Q. It means all the judges in muslim dominant country are kafir, because judgement was not based on Sharia.. I'm from india
