You sure make it hard for a person that usually pulls for the "under dog" in everything because you seem like such a humble genuine person. Maybe one day life will line up for my little family and we can get to one of these races and shake your hand. Until we're blessed with that day keep safe and kind.
Ryan Martin, Dominator, and Farmtruck are the type of people that you can't find anyone that'll badmouth them.
Ryan is such a humble guy, he is an inspiration to us all. Didn't see a single fan in the video he didn't say hello to even while he was talking. I wouldn't care less if he came last, I would still be a Ryan Martin fan. But I am stoked they won another one, thoroughly deserved, well done Ryan.
I had respect for Lizzy before, but what a genuine person and a phenomenal driver. Congrats Ryan and the entire Fireball Team....

Ryan seems like a cool dude. I have tons of respect for him just because of the way he came in… he did the work and busted his butt. Now he sets the standard. Everyone compares to Ryan. If we can hang with Ryan then we have something… that’s awesome. Fan for life here! But Ryan… throw in a little more help with 187 and show them what it takes to get there. Big Murder Nova fan too!
Ryan helps nearly everyone. You would be hard pushed finding someone more helpful to other teams. The problem with Shawn is not the car but Shawn himself. Not everyone can be a winner and not everyone can be disciplined enough to win. Myagi sensei summed it up best in Karate Kid when he said to Daniel karate do, safe, karate don't safe, karate guess so, squish like grape. Shawn has a very "guess so" personality, there is nothing wrong with that, it is part of what makes him so likable, but his lack of discipline is the difference between winning and loosing.
@@DodgyBrothersEngineering can you elaborate on why you feel that Shawn lacks discipline? I don't see it.
Shawn has the hemi procharged combo that Ryan run every race last season with.its setting in the newly build og which in the opinion of most is a better chassis than he's currently using in the npk car..he's just to hard headed to use it

@@77yogurt I just think how that's platform is a proven winner and monza new car is a procharged hemi too,and it'll be out in a month or less..just imagine how good the 405 team could b as a whole with Ryan, Dave, monza and Shawn running the same combo and helping each other with data
I’m glad you have still been winning after NPK has tried to slow you down by adding weight. It’s just a shame they have to do something like that everyone should have a choice what they run and the cream will rise to the top if not change your program to make your car faster. Did NHRA penalize John Force for winning all his championships, NBA didn’t make Michael Jordan wear weights to keep him grounded. Pilgrim Productions wants Kye or Lizzie to win and that’s not right to make rules to help them they all ready have the largest motors in NPK let them figure it out on their own. Keep winning and show them you are the cream that rises to the top. You Sir are the most gracious person in NPK.
nhra did add weight to Rickie Smith in pro mod years ago when he was back to back with his nitrous deal.....very unfair to work hard and get a penalty

Winners do the little things most people neglect to do,
e.g. he didn't stand by his car waiting for people to come up to him, but instead, he walked around and found everybody else to say "thank you for your help."
Winners make the people around them feel like winners as well.

Wow, two cool, calm, folks right there. Lizzy and Ryan always have tight races, always respectful of each other, always polite and concerned for one another if and when something happens. Ryan said it best "Hey girl we are just out here racing, thats all, no big deal." Lizzy as well right there, being concerned for competitors before she thinks of herself. She needs to teach the other guys that. Congrats to Lizzy for another semi finals, and to Ryan for another win. Two class acts, that give this sport a leg up on most other pro-sports. I really wish Bristol would have an NPK race and that be extremely nice to race at that place even though it's over 3,000 ft elevation but it's a beautiful facility and has all the room in the world for any type of event but it draws out huge crowd and I think their biggest crowd still to date besides NHRA was the Pinks All out race, they had back many years ago
