Did you see the episode where their DM asks to look at her character sheet? XD It doesn't have any numbers, it's just stuff like BURN and FIREBALL scribbled all over and a little picture of a stick figure family crying around their burning home. XD In red crayon.
Does it even count as her cooking? The goblin did most of it. She just substituted goblin for tiefling. Or did she just throw that out and do it herself?
evil mastermind? Evil definitely, master possibly (depends on master of what), but no matter how you look at it, there is usually very little mind in her antics. I guess the character is a min-maxed sorceror with super high charisma and intelligence just barely above animal level.
Considering she soaked in the pot before adding the goblin, I'd say that soup qualifies as such. It's also probably intentional, considering the phrasing.
Teifling - Fire Resistance 5. Boiling Water - 1D6 scalding damage per round. So 1 in 6 round, she'd take 1 point of scalding damage. However, since the coolest flame temperature for common materials such as paper and leather are over 200 degrees C, it can be argued that Fire resistance would be even more effective against 100 degrees C boiling water. So it would confer effective immunity.

Well, the way fire resistance works depends on the edition of D&D your playing. In 5e this sketch wouldn't work because tieflings still take half damage. In 3.5 all fire damage is reduced by 5 which should be enough to cover boiling water. I liked that system better.
