Realistically you have a great squad to go down and try and build over some time, there's a lot of young talent in the club but just nothing there to keep you up right now, Burnley doesn't get summers to spend as much money as they have so you can't sack the manager you have to try and let him see it through its the best chance for the club to be successful
It would just be such a waste to spend 100 million plus in a club like burnley's spot and then try and restart with a new manager just because you couldn't compete against clubs spending 3-4x your budget. Could be an incredibly opportunity though if you can develop some of the younger talent either for your own squad or to move on and come back up with either more talent or more money. @@Vizeh
Utter bollocks mate. May I remind you yiur last manager would be sitting just below 10th with Everton is there was no deductions. Kompany is out of his Depth. Educate yourself lol
Bro, you hate Burnley or something? Why you putting your trust in a manager that's has no pedigree? Kompany is a championship manager at best, he's no different from Gerrard and Lampard. Great players, awful manager.
Luton fan here; thank you for your appreciation of our football club Viz. I can't help but feel a little sorry for some Burnley fans like yourself this season; if the recruitment had been more focused on Kompany's footballing system, things might've been a bit different. And this might be a bit rich coming from a Luton fan because this is our first season in the Premier League, and of course, the season's not over yet; we could still be relegated as well, but if you do end up being relegated this season, I think it's very important for Burnley to not give up on Kompany. He's such a young manager with a fascinating footballing system, and a class act, so if you spend another season in the Championship with him, but with better recruitment and go again, I think it's entirely possible that both himself and Burnley will come back stronger, having had the chance to spread thier wings once again in the Championship, and believe this'll help both Burnley' supporters and Kompany himself, reconnect with what makes his brand of football so effective. I'm looking forward to the video you plan to do on us. Hope you're well, and keep up the great content! :)
Someome made a good point recently that Kompany is playing in a way that will not harm his chances for his next big job. A „big“ club would not want someone who plays defensively and more reactive.

I am confused why Benson and Zaroury aren’t getting play time but that just might be my lack of deeper football knowledge.
Basically spot on there mate, last season the owners were saying they weren’t expecting us to reach the prem for another 2-3 years so us being here this early was way ahead of schedule which in turn is probably why Kompany is safe. As for benson and Zaroury? Only Kompany knows the ins and outs on why they aren’t being played unfortunately :(
Yo yo clubs don't qualify to play in Europe and have 7 consecutive seasons in the Premier league..please comment when you understand what you are talking about
As a Forest supporter, I've always had a huge respect for Burnley and Vincent C. You have several possible scenarios, one of which is that Burnley are saving cash slowly to go down and come up again in 2026 and have a real go at the Premier League.
Im pretty big on Micheal Mellon. I think bringing him back from loan when yous are in the championship and giving him good game time could develop him into a very good young striker.
For the first time Burnley have a lot of young talent in their squad. They would have benefited more from another year in the Championship. Tresor could be the talisman player for the team, but he needs to get more game time to get used to the Premier League.
They feel like Norwich a few years ago, come up playing nice football that the Championship can't handle, try to do it in the Prem and the lack of quality at that level shows so they go back down. I think they should stick with Kompany and the style going back down in the Championship as they should come straight back up but then do what Norwich didn't and turn into more of a Brentford style next time.
That cap annoyed me at the time. He needs time. I'm pretty sure he will prove his worth in management someday but they hyped him up ridiculously early.
I think Burnley now is example, how you need to have better squad for dominating system. Burnley still plays same football, as in championship last year (Or at least tries). However, they simply fight against much stronger teams, and can't dominate against them same way they did in Championship. Company still needs to learn how to be Progmatic, rather then Dogmatic he is now, but I believe he still does pretty decent job in club.

I would recommend going all in on Kompany even if you go down and give him and his squad time, and within a few years, you guys will be an established solid prem club. Young manager, young squad trust the process.
Burnley are never going to have the squad to outplay 17 PL clubs coming up from the Champo. I can't think of a single promoted club that succeeded playing this way. If it was going to work, it would work this season with promoted clubs getting record low points, Everton getting point deduction(s) etc. I understand why Kompany does it - he can't afford to be pigeonholed as a 'pragmatic' manager for the sake of future career prospects so it's better for him to take Burnley down "playing football the 'right' way", but that explains why *he* does it, not why Burnley as a club/fans are willing to watch him do it.
Tbh I think the way to stay in the premier league is not gamble on foreign players (too much) and just buy players that might not have world class potential or potential growing value but players who know there way round the league e.g Luton getting Townsend and Barkley because they have that expirience to cope with dogfights and the high energy matches without having to spend ages adjusting to it which is why teams like your palaces or Luton’s won’t get relegated compared to your Leeds last season 😭 or Burnley this season because that core of experience is there to guide the team and then u can buy upcoming exciting talent and enjoy yourself once u got that security (sorry for the essay)

Hey Vizeh, so if Burnley are to go down this season, which is likely the case, do you see Burnley doing what Leicester has done this season after going down in the Championship? Bringing in players that are too good for the league and guaranteeing them PL football the very next season, and perhaps next time with more experience and quality Burnley becomes a more stable club and survives the drop, like Bournemouth, Fulham and Brentford did.
This is what has infuriated me. Nobody was good at the start of the season. Nobody. Muric would not have made a lot of these blunders.
As an Albanian Muric should start like this James Trafford is not as good as Muric. One saved a Harry Kane penalty (saved it,not Kane missing) and one didn’t Edit:This is my opinion as I support Tottenham so when I watched the FA Cup game vs Burnley Muric did really well though he could do nothing about that Porro
Vizeh I might be optimistic but that draw to Fulham is a turning point I feel a slight chance that we could beat Liverpool but Burnley r just boring to much cos say we score first we know we will concede but I feel we might survive but not sure until after our next 3 games
Im a Burnley Fan, and I think Kompany should go. No one should be 'stable and secure'. Thats what was said about Shaun Dyche, but he was fired in a better survival position than Kompany is right now and with a team who fights for the club and survival, and does not put their heads down when a goal is conceeded and fight. Dont get me wrong, it has improved over the last few games, but still, results speak volumes. I completely understand the concept of building a new team/mindset takes time. But time is up. the mistakes have not been fixed and Kompany refuses to change his mindset, even if he loses every week til the end of the season. Which is not a mindset a manager should have. He refuses to rotate players out who are performing underpar, keeping players who have proved their worth for the club last season on the bench and not even giving them a chance. But my main issue with Kompany is the delusion of not wanting to change. In a league that you need to change in to get results, and thats why we are where we are (minus all the constant mistakes). We will continue to lose this season because of Kompanys mindset and decisions. If we dont fire him, he will just leave in the summer anyways. We have some big games coming up, If we lose to both crystal Palace & Bournemouth. HE HAS TO GO. We will be 12 points adrift most likely with 10 games to go. The booing at Half time against fulham should have spoken volume to Alan pace in that stadium. although we thought back in the fulham game, 1 point is not enough against a side who was underperforming and at turf moor. A place that use to be seen as a fortress and scary place for premier league teams just a few seasons ago. Shaun Dyche should have never been fired in the position he was in 2 seasons ago. But Kompany, if with 10 games to go is on 13 points. He must be fired, to keep the integrity of ownership decisions at this club. Ill always be thankful as a fan for last season. But he cant just ride on that success after such a poor season and delusional mindset of not wanting to change.
I can understand your frustration with that luton goal that is absolutely disgusting Adebayo has clearly backed into Trafford making him fall and morris had hit Ekdal or someone like that in the face to jump
It’s weird as a neutral. I enjoy this Burnley much more than the Dyche Burnley. Open expansive football is the best to watch, even if results aren’t the best If it was my club, I’d really not like it if my team played 4-4-2 and had no aspirations with the ball. I call that survival football. Sorry, I prefer to enjoy football 😅
Why are there so many purple/clear blue jerseys in UK? Burnley, West Ham, Aston Villa...? curiously I can't remember a club outside the UK with that combination. :)
As a West Brom fan if we got promoted this is us we will go down but without spending anything because we have no money and are sadled with debt. If we don't go up soon we might go bust. If you could cover us, to tell people what is really happening, people call us a YoYo Club and dismiss us yet we were an established PL Side, and have spent less time in the lower divisions than Wolves say who everyone sees as an established club.
I dont think its crazy to keep Vinnie, he proved he can get a team promoted and play good football, keeping the core of young players they will develop and get better from this season. to me other fans being confused by that shows how impatient and short minded most english fans are, bad run? Sack the gaffer, doesnt matter that you need you sign a new squad and that manager has a different style to what the current squad are use to
Typically, it's in Serie A that you see the last 2 teams in the league already relegated by February/March. English football usually has enough density to have 20 reasonably good top flight teams. Not this season: I've watched Sheffield United and Burnley and they've been dire. In the sense that they look like they won't even try and have already accepted they will be heading back into the Championship. Even the sight of Everton being docked 10 points has not been able to provide them with a boost. Kompany earned his reputation as a coach who wanted attractive football in the Championship, but there's been no sign of that in the top flight.
1000000000% no, I'll stick with VK for me, we really were ahead of schedule and I'm happy to go down and come back stronger with him. We did the exact same with Dyche and we stuck with him and it worked, we came back stronger and we're an establish premiership team lasting six years and would never dropped if we'd of had some investment. I totally agree with you, he just changed way to much and ditched the team who brought us up. The problem I now have is if we do go down, what incentive do some players have to get us promoted as they might not get used if they get us there. But we are down I'd say only the most optimist of fans would think we'll stay up.
As a Luton fan, ill say you guys messed up by not signing Barkley when you had the chance. Easy to say with hindsight, but we wouldnt be where we are without him. I understand why he wasnt signed - bit of a risk with his recent history & no guarantee he'd get back to the form he has - but he's been instrumental for us.
I constantly get a chuckle when I remember Rory saying Luton would go down as the worst premier league side ever after like 3 games. Obviously that is the usual drivel he comes out with but funny nevertheless.
Beating Sheffield United 5-0 is nothing to shout about. After our last game against Villa that is our 3rd 5-0 defeat this season plus the 8-0 against Newcastle. We have the worst defence in the Premier league.
It’s not ‘by far the opposite’ amongst us Burnley fans. He is safe this season, but already under pressure for next season now. If we aren’t comfortably in the top 3 by Christmas next season I guarantee a large chunk of fans will be calling for him to get the sack
Roman didn't care about lampard being a legend when it was time to go he got rid. Ole, lampard(at Everton) , Gerrard and now kompany are media sweethearts so they don't face the same criticism as a big sam when in fact they are worse managers
Might be different because you came down and went straight back up but as a Leeds fan I'd have happily gone down with Bielsa instead of the shit show we ended with. So I can completely understand if Burnley was to keep Kompany. Sometimes, the option to change isn't always the best
Could you please do vid on the young efl talents emerging Gray , Philogene, Whittaker, Bellingham etc like ik bout miley and Mainoo but some of these players are gonna be huge one day aswell
A team full of kids and no good full backs is only a one way ticket to relegation 😢. The most top players in the league are wingers so its crucial to have good defenders.

Muric would not have made a lot of these blunders.
As an Albanian Muric should start like this James Trafford is not as good as Muric. One saved a Harry Kane penalty (saved it,not Kane missing) and one didn’t
Edit:This is my opinion as I support Tottenham so when I watched the FA Cup game vs Burnley Muric did really well though he could do nothing about that Porro
As a Chelsea fan look after fofana for us
Right now pretty sure Burnley fans love him 😂
for me I can see why Burnley would keep company if he brings you back up but the club haven't helped the situation with the fallbacks
I can understand your frustration with that luton goal that is absolutely disgusting Adebayo has clearly backed into Trafford making him fall and morris had hit Ekdal or someone like that in the face to jump
you don’t know ball 😂
@@EJTaylor8 ?
at the start of the season i predicted burnley to get midtable 💀i guess the signings fooled me, how wrong was i!
Don’t worry, a lot of people did
It’s weird as a neutral. I enjoy this Burnley much more than the Dyche Burnley. Open expansive football is the best to watch, even if results aren’t the best
If it was my club, I’d really not like it if my team played 4-4-2 and had no aspirations with the ball.
It may look bad, but it'll be worse if kompany goes.
Hey Vizeh, love the content mate.
I’m a Man City fan and I really want Burnley to stay up cos of Kompany, but the real problem is the injury to koleosho so important to what you do
Your squads very young with potential but my question is is Vincent kompany an overrated manager or does he just need time?
Please do a vid about Roy Hodgson and Crystal Palace...

4 out 13 points for Burnley are against Fulham. That hurts as a Fulham fan
I can’t believe I’m watching a Burnley fan talk about Burnley
I remember you lot celebrating promotion at the riverside last season 😂
I constantly get a chuckle when I remember Rory saying Luton would go down as the worst premier league side ever after like 3 games. Obviously that is the usual drivel he comes out with but funny nevertheless.
Dude just potrait as a hot property manager just months ago😂
great vid start as always
Beating Sheffield United 5-0 is nothing to shout about. After our last game against Villa that is our 3rd 5-0 defeat this season plus the 8-0 against Newcastle. We have the worst defence in the Premier league.
It’s not ‘by far the opposite’ amongst us Burnley fans. He is safe this season, but already under pressure for next season now. If we aren’t comfortably in the top 3 by Christmas next season I guarantee a large chunk of fans will be calling for him to get the sack
1, Drop Trafford, worse than Aro in every department.
Roman didn't care about lampard being a legend when it was time to go he got rid. Ole, lampard(at Everton) , Gerrard and now kompany are media sweethearts so they don't face the same criticism as a big sam when in fact they are worse managers
Could you do one about wolves. Expected to go down at the beginning of the season and now we’re top half
Hi Vizeh
Can you make a video about the form of Olympique Lyon?
I think you’re doing great . Your gaffer is definitely the next Man City manager !
burnley gotta turn it around
am i the only one who want a video about mainoo or olise
Mainoo could be a good shout, a positive man utd video for once
thanks bro love from South africa
@@Vizeh
Might be different because you came down and went straight back up but as a Leeds fan I'd have happily gone down with Bielsa instead of the shit show we ended with. So I can completely understand if Burnley was to keep Kompany. Sometimes, the option to change isn't always the best
do you have a Joaquin Real Betls print?
I'll say the same as I said last time mate . . . Could be worse . . . You could be a Blade like me 😂
Could you please do vid on the young efl talents emerging Gray , Philogene, Whittaker, Bellingham etc like ik bout miley and Mainoo but some of these players are gonna be huge one day aswell
Whittaker is a beast, can’t forget Rowe too
For me Burnley has the potential to be a high-mid table club but I do also think they need to get relegated to come back stronger
American style documentary was cap
Remember in the summer when you were laughing cause he apparently “turned down” spurs 😂😂😂😂 funny
As a Luton fan: oh how the tables have turned
(we're still getting relegated lmao)
There seems to be no pressure for the sack for Kompany, Why? Burnley have been toothless this season.
I had Burnley finishing midtable and looking at it now I just want to question why did I say that 🙃. Loving the videos btw Liam
To be fair they looked promising in the championship quite a few people made the same prediction
League one gk in the prem being a bit crap wonder if that ever happened? *cough cough*
A team full of kids and no good full backs is only a one way ticket to relegation 😢. The most top players in the league are wingers so its crucial to have good defenders.
A quick pause on 1:46 thank god your kompany in 😅
That intro 😂😂😂😂
VK was outstanding last season , but screwed up right form the start this season . Having a team that had bonded , he does NOT give them a chance this season, Started with 8 different players in 1st lineup and gone downhill ever since. He has to take the blame , and his keeper playing like second sweeper is NUTS.
