During my time in Bogota this year, I was met with very friendly and welcoming people. I ran into this artist close to "El Septimazo" one of the busiest streets in Bogota where vendors and artists showcase their work daily. Woeaero is part of TRAFFIC ART CREW in Bogota and they host workshops and represent a part of the graffiti culture in Bogota Colombia
