Thank you for these uploads. As a poker player and a Norm fan, this is great. Love how Chan comes in and immediately gets respect and good hands. Some people, I believe, have a gift from beyond when it comes to poker.
Anyone know why Norm had a co-host one the first episode but has been commentating solo ever since?
I did notice much less chatter makes it easier to hear player banter.
Yeah having just Norm was the way to go, because the players do have some interesting interactions

I mean, easy fold to Johnny Chan who is in these days a good nitty player. He probably doesnt make any big money in cash games because people do not pay off that easy and x-raise more with less.
You are right, i dont think he gets action against the younger generation but people like me who grew up watching him definetly gives him action, if i ever were to sit down at a table with the great Johnny Chan i would definetly try to beat him in atleast one big pot.
