@@kushpaladin300 I’m assuming you’re a beginner and my advice would be to learn how to grip the throttle tube like an ice cone. There’s vids of it out there. It’ll help significantly! Have fun riding🫡
Good luck to all those who enjoy their bikes to the fullest. Hope y’all never meet with any sort of accident. Just is interesting to me, the dichotomy of how many people die in car accidents every year and car enthusiasts dont give it up but when bikers have accidents that is usually what happens.
People say the r3 is slow compared to other bikes in its class but I don't know how fast you want to go. This speed looks dangerous and I think its enough. Just bought an r3 very excited.
It’s all about acceleration, also the r3 only has a top speed of around 110. That is more than enough power for me but for more experienced riders they need a little more power or it gets boring.
Thing Is great for highway , 110 top speed can cruise 70-80 and in city its amazing can actually go through some gears where a 600 or bigger just don't have the space

Had rc 390 before. Should i go for duke 390 or this r3 again?? Rc was fun but too slow only 15 20 on 1st gear. And use to make weired sound. On 1 st and 2 nd gear
It's a very forgiving bike in terms of powerband, you won't scare yourself much. Ergonomics are comfortable and upright and should be good if your under 5' 9" ish. anything over the bike might feel a bit tight
@@RickyMoto is that expensive?? Sorry for all the questions, I’m new to bikes and I ride a 2019 YZF R3, and my header is looking kind of rusty (it was a daily rider for the previous owner and it’s also my daily rider now so yea lol)
It was like $280 for tune, full exhaust $800-1000 range. But if you wanna save $ u can get a slip on which doesn’t require tune and will give some good sound too, just not as loud as full system & power potential
i also have an Akrapovic full system exhaust and a free flow air filter on my 2019 R3. i have to go for powertronic as it is not good to run the machine without proper fuel and air mixture ratio. Thou an expert said to me that if i don't get the ecu flashed or powertronic,it won't effect engine but only will make lean initial pick up but will result into a good high end band. but just to be safe i am getting powertronic on it. your suggestion
@@RickyMoto can you tell me where you got the ECU tune? Just purchased a 2021 R3 and new akro full gp exhaust. Thanks for your awesome content and helpful advice.
If someone compared Yamaha R3 and ninja 400, tell please, how faster ninja is? I understand that not a lot, but still 20%, 30%, how much ? I mean not sfrom a start, I mean dynamics at speed 60-80 km-h. Thanks
the ninja 400 is def quicker. - estimating close to 20-25% based on it's CC. R3 is rated 0-60 in 5.3s vs the ninja 400 at 4.5s. what the r3 excels at is the top speed at 112mph vs the ninja 400 at 105mph. so a considerable pro/con for both
@ they’ll be about thr same engine power due to cc range, the cbr has a higher top speed comparable to the r3 but the 0-60 is less than ninja due to its weight. the cbr although is a 400cc performs like a r3 with 300. the ninja is the lightest and most preppy. ninja - quick off the line, slow at top end, can suffer from wind r3 - balanced throughout cbr - performs like r3 and more stable/comfortable on highway in terms of resell value, at least from my experience yamaha/honda bikes tend to depreciate slower being a more “luxury” brand. kawasaki is more so a budget friendly brand like suzuki so they tend to tank in value. unless u find a good price used it shouldn’t be too much to worry about
Interesteng decision, take mirrors away and then throw your head each side everytime you want to switch lane.... :/ Why wouldnt you want to see... Edit: noticed mirror in the end of a handle, not in use anyways.
Wow. Didn't know the R3 rips like that. Good stuff.
No DB Killer thats why
they dont, he has a full exhaust system from akrapovic, and the bike is tuned.
The video is sped up
@@devonnewhouse86bro what yk nothing about editing , if this vid was sped up the go pro footage would be 10x shakier

Starting off with a 2017 R3. Love it so much. So surprising how quick the 300cc can get up to.
congrats on the bike! 300cc really isn't as slow as people make it seem it really rips!
Can't wait to get this bike with full exhaust!
you should make more riding videos they're really peaceful to watch
That down-blip 3:05 was so slickk bro
Yo definitely get a R6 throttle tube for the R3. It makes it less taxing on the wrists when you’re ripping it💪
my previous owner put a R6 tube on mine. it certainly helps with rides shorter than 1 hour. but after 1 hour you still get some wrist aching
What's the difference? Is it thicker?
@@joliensannen1083a r6 throttle tube is less taxing on the wrist because it takes less twist (shorter twist range) to go from 0-100% throttle.
