Since I'm bulking, I use pure cocoa powder, peanut butter, greek yogurt, honey, whatever seeds I feel like using, nuts (usually walnuts cuz they're the highest calories), fruit (usually berries), some salt for flavor and olive oil for even more calories. You can remove some stuff like the olive oil and turn it into a weight loss meal, they're my favorite for breakfast. And they actually taste great even tho they may look like weird cookie dough, I genuinely enjoy eating them
You can add powdered peanut butter for a creamier finish with very little calories and extra protein. I like to use half of each of the ingredients to make 2 layers of each of them, makes it easier to mix fully.

It's pretty simple too 80g oats 30g protein powder (chocolate is best for this recipe imo) cocoa powder (to taste, I put about 1/2 tsp) 50g low fat strained/greek yoghurt 100g almond milk (water is also fine) feel free to add more if it's too solid. first put the dry ingredients, mix a little, then put the wet ingredients (yoghurt and almond milk/water). top with chia seeds and leave in fridge. next morning I usually cut half a banana and have some PB. the calories (excluding the banana and PB) comes out to around 510 calories. will vary widely depending on what brand/ingredients you choose. you can also increase the amount of oats while keeping the other stuff the same. I've done 90g in the past.

I do eat this almost everyday. Here is my recipe 25grams rolled oats 32grams /1 scoop of chocolate flavoured protein powder 10 grams of mixed seeds such as sunflower, flax , melon , pumpkin 5 grams of chia seeds 130ml of doubled toned ( less in calories hence the preference) of milk 10grams of sugarless peanut butter. Mix it up in a mason jar or a bowl which has a cover and let it sit in refrigerator for the night or a few hours
When I grocery shop I pull out my phone and watch 3-4 Noel food clips I’ll follow for the week. I just got home and saw this one…back to the grocery store 😅

I used to do this too! If you want your mix to not taste like cardboard. Use frozen fruit blends that will thaw out by the morning and non fat Greek yogurt. Mix it up in your oats with a little cinnamon and you're good to go. If you jam extra protein in there you can also mix it with protein powder. I have a protein powder I use that taste just like cinnamon toast crunch.
