From what I've heard choline and phosphatideylserine are good for the brain same with omegas especially with enough dha. There is not too much use in younger ages taking these but definitely if people you know are having alzheimers or dementia these will help. Also there is links between these and depression helping as well. Omegas can help to cut belly fat so they are also useful in losing weight, in addition. Choline can be used to focus in high doses as well. Phosphatideylserine is related to brain health as well as possible link as antidepressant. It is relatively expensive and imo a possibly great cure for mental ailments with a double dose. Start your elders on these at least once a week! Also get a lot of sunlight and try to exercise for at least 30 minutes even if you don't enjoy it!
@@DarkOblideration choline is definitely necessary for younger people, and levels of phosphatidylserine start to decline as early as our 20s. It’s definitely not expensive either depending on the brand you purchase. It is able to lower cortisol too which can alleviate stress
